    • To add, maybe an orange tip on the stick to indicate a trigger trip. I'm un Wisconsin, and we fish through the ice with "tip-up" rigs. They have a little orange flag on the tip when a fish tugs on the string. Also, a simple lock will keep the door closed. Screen door kind is smaller.

  • Good evening from Belgium, making a rat trap following your tutorial, 2 rats were caught less than 2 hours after placing it near my henhouse. I just have to rework the trigger but already efficient. I also have replaced the elastics with an ajustable spring to prevent other rats from gnawing. I have a picture of it but I can't share it here Thanks for your video

The Squirrel was later released in a park where people love feeding them. **No animals harmed in this operation*** Update: on 8-11-20, I caught two more in the trap. I used bread with peanut butter on it and squeeze the bread around the trigger. He too got released about 4 miles from my home in a nature park

  • come to Arizona , Ive caught 100 rats and mice in the last two months here in the desert , now the traps are left alone , using old style victor traps and i guess they are new , Koro Rodent trap ..... Koro needs to do some tweeking with the design but damn its a thumb breaker with powerful springs , the kill bar sometimes just hits them in the head and kills them without really trapping it .... check it out if you get the chance , maybe you could improve it with your skills

I and my cousins up in Arkansas made this type of trap for rabbits when we were kids we learned to make them from our fathers that makes them a 100 years old and our fathers learned them from our grand fathers that makes them some were around 200 years old.
