  • I don't really feature the spring mechanism having sufficient strength to cut off the rodent's breathing & end its life, so it looks like you might be salting the traps. That said, the design does look sound enough to get the job done. You just need a more honest approach to your uploads.

    • Try being the rat and u will find out firsthand if the string is strong enough to cut off air from ur wind pipe😏

    • @@idahosagodspower7396 except none of the featured rodents have the cord around the neck. The bamboo would keep the critter from gnawing at the cord, so it would be stuck. The traps didn't look well anchored either. all of those rodents would have been strong enough to have dragged those traps awkwardly away.

  • вопрос только в одном, каким образом эти крысы так быстро померли, одно дело если бы ловушка их задушила, но как видно передние лапы у них из ловушки торчат значит они не задохнулись, а просто застряли, следовательно до их смерти должно было пройти пару дней.

  • I don't understand, why make the outer edges of the tube even? I don't think the rat would care. It doesn't affect the trap mechanism. Why spend the time?

  • Ну тупые !!!Мы делали лучше.Сверлишь отверстие в брусе что бы крыса пролезла и глубиной см 15.Сверху пропиливаешь до дна отверстия щель.Сзади прибиваешь пружину и на ней петлю из проволоки.Пружина опускается ,петля в прорезь и ложится на низ отверстия.На верх пружины капроновая нить чуть дальше прорези сверлим отверстие и продеваем нить,удерживающую пружину,потом под доской нить назад и привязываем к гвоздю.Смысл в том,что приманка лежит в глубине отверстия, крыса лезет головой в петлю и дальше к приманке,на пути видит нашу натянутую нить и перекусывает её, тем самым сама себя вешает.Пружина поднимается и через пропил поднимает петлю.Делали на несколько крыс, ловятся по 3 и4 штуки за ночь.
