  • Whilst the engineering is impressive, the end result is really disappointing for the majority of visitors. Looked like it was going to be a car park. An exposed, concrete wasteland with no foliage, no trees and no natural life that will be windswept in winter and burning in summer. Missed opportunity to do something beautiful.

  • Looks great, but couldn’t they have added a touch of greenery to the front. Acres of tarmac and concrete and not a single blade of anything to break it up and make it a more pleasant place to sit.

  • Hope we might have appeared in the video in mid May when we drove through, certainly caused some disruption in its building. Needed a bit of landscaping far too much concrete and tarmac.

  • I used to regularly attend the Ullapool Guitar Festival, but haven't been to Ullapool in about 3 years. Albeit an extremely expensive job for little gain, and only for the few, this is a welcome improvement to what was a pretty bland sea front...
