  • At 2:15: Adjusting dual button height. THAT DID IT!!! I did not know how to adjust the height of those buttons. The caps were not flush inside its housing. Looked horrible. Almost wouldn't flush toilet. I adjusted them. Perfectly flush now. You saved us lots of money and time. Very much appreciated. We love you.

  • How do you know if flushing/pushing rod is too high or too low if working with a ceramic toilet where one cannot see the rods when closed? Can this be used in the UK?
