  • I really like how in the beginning she was trying hard not to insult the 14 year olds.😂😂😂 She found a nice way to say, "I dont really care if you listen to me music. I've got your mums!"

    • @@TheJessloveslove I think they meant Underrated as a Songwriter, and I agree altho she is very famous for having a BIG Voice, many don't know how great she is as a Songwriter, she wrote all her hits alone or with one co-writer, which is very uncommon in Pop. She also is known for writing some of her best songs in minutes, she wrote Hometwon Glory at the age of 16 all by herself and in 10 minutes, (Hometown Glory is one the best songs about missing Home). When talking about songwritting people talk about Lana Del Rey or Taylor Swift, But Adele is on their level if not better (I love all of them btw)

Last year i published my first single. You want your songs to tell a story. It’s important to be real with yourself don’t be afraid of your feelings, lean into them, be unapologetic and just let your creativity flow. Never force it, just tune into yourself, introspect and put the time in. No way around putting in your 10,000 hours! You’ll start to improve as a lyricist.

  • Adele hit the nail on the head about sincerity, and the artists that are most affected are the up and coming ones; the ones who don’t have the power to dictate how their music is made. The transactional culture forced on artists (and the audience in a wider sense) by the music industry is a cancer stifling the creativity and sincerity of music makers and we are all worse off for it.

  • If she ever feels stuck in a rut, she knows she can call up Florence I'm sure. I'd love a collab between the two of them, I mean they worked the same scene for years. and Florence is another huge, enormous voice who is probably one of the few who can keep up with her on that level of massive sweeping, lengthy belts and drama. and Florence is insanely versatile in genre. I'd also LOVE if we could get a UK Divas " Lady Marmalade " type moment Paloma Faith, Duffy, Adele, Florence, maybe Jessie J.

  • think there is a mistake in the subtitles at 1:14 (should be 'cause' but it's written down as 'curse')
