It's the last week of The Late Late Show with James Corden and his dear friend @adele surprises him with one final Carpool Karaoke commute to work. Adele takes the wheel and asks James about his memories hosting the show, Carpool Karaoke and the significance of it ending. And the two get emotional reflecting about their friendship and the times they've been there for each other.

It actually wasn’t. She was driving. If you watch some parts they pass by glass buildings and you see the reflection of the Range Rover, wheels on the road. I think it was with certain people they did the trailer But Adele was driving that car I was so shocked

When I was young my girlfriends and I would sing to the radio...even in the winter!! Roll the windows down and sing...pretend it was summer. And it always was a fun time. James' carpool brings me back to those happy times...and I had so few happy times when a kid and even now. But, we can always have the old ones on KZhead I guess. ❤❤

Adele is the purest example of how fame doesn’t have to compromise the essence of the soul. Finishing it with my favorite song “Hometown Glory”, was the cherry on top of the cake.

I have the fondest memory of hearing Hometown Glory for the very first time. It contains a cafe in a Northern Irish town during an overseas practicum. I was so enthralled by the song I immediately got up and asked the staff what the name of the song was. Magic.
And James Corden is the exact opposite and is the reason why his show gets cancelled. There was a time when people loved him but now he has shown is true colours and it is difficult to see him as this light hearted fun character with a great sense of humour and singing voice. Instead people see the evil narcissistic diva who have lost contact with reality and living in the clouds and treating people badly. For this reason his public persona and show do not work any longer, his public image have been poisoned and destroyed and he is therefore taken off the air!

Adele's voice is just unreal. That vocal range is crazy. The fact that she wrote a verse about Cordens' feelings during a moment of his life is heartwarming. That end made me cry. Hope Corden has the best last week he could ask for.
What breaks my heart is the fact that although they see so big and out of reach they are like those of us that had to move so far from home to accomplish our careers and dreams. When Adele said “I want to come back with you but I am not ready to leave yet” it broke my heart

This is probably the most relatable I've ever seen a celebrity friendship.... just two friends who happen to have jobs that involve being famous.... they're just people at the end of the day. Who hurt, who love, who enjoy doing life with good people.
