I just took the body off of my 76 Corvette to beef up the frame and suspension. The Abomination Corvette videos have been an inspiration in that task. It would be insane if this was the engine for my car's reassembly! 😁

Nice build! I know there's always critics and Holley sponsored this so, not always the best parts for the application are used. That intake DEFINITELY sacrificed ALOT of torque that this street engine could have used. An LS3 would have been waaay better for this application. But, some will sacrifice performance for looks
He literally explained the Who, Why, What, Where and When… The best parts? The best parts for what purpose? They used the best parts needed to yield the results you saw in the video. Something any regular Joe could be happy with for any car it fits in. Go Poo on someone else’s video.

The one I'm planning to put in my Corvette mad another 110 hp. But it has more cubic inches. The Corvette build it killing me. I keep ordering parts and am dying to work on it more, but other magazine projects keep getting pushed to the front. Thanks for watching!
If this makes 508 ftlbs. With just 408ci. Where is a C6 Corvette with a 427 LS lacking? Because it is just rated at 505hp. Without going to a much bigger Camshaft, is there a more obvious reason for the lack of power in a 427ci ?
Good point. If you are comparing to an LS1 or LS3 engine, these heads are much better. But the stock intake manifold is awfully good when it comes to making torque, too. Thanks for watching!
