God, just like you, gets bored. once he got so bored, that he wished for an element of surprise, something his all-knowing self couldn't predict. thus appeared mankind. god is lonely, you are lonely god is bored, you are bored god is proud, you are proud god is egoistic, you are egoistic so you do the math....

If God truly has ultimate power over everything then God should just stand back and let it all happen as it will. In the end if God doesn’t like the outcome, God can change it. Until then, anything goes. And so it is.
Not so fast. Think it through. You are forgetting one important aspect, control... God has to control everything. Nothing can control itself. All sentient beings are different types of robot.. everything is being controlled my friend..

@@bjlyon615 yes that is exactly what i'm saying. do you realise to actually be in control of something completely you have to know everything about it down to the atomic level.. if you were to turn of your brain conciously in the morning to wake up you would never get done. the brain has trillions upon trillions of cell menbrane that are active to keep you awake.. are you contrlling that???

I'd create an equal to myself...maybe several.... I'd basically create a pantheon of gods. Would make my existence more entertaining and it'd be interesting to see what they create and how theyy interact with humans. Only reason to be a single omnipotent being is if you're a narcissistic god...

I would definitely not create a species of animals with desires, and then create rules against acting on those desires, and when they all inevitably break the rules, condemn them to an eternity of torture. What kind of prick does that?

I wonder, without going to a University or doing Yoga or any higher teachings or learning, how does one become a philosopher? Just curious. Oh yeah, my answer to the question though is- I dunno.
Not that hard in essence a philosopher can come from all walks of life. It is the question that is posed that decides whether you are curious to explore those questions with your own experience. I don't find my self being a philosopher, but some think I speak like one. Ultimately my out look on life is out of the box. I think the important part is not conforming easily to every day life. Curiosity and Imagination can take a human a long way.
In all seriousness I would not. I talk and ask in lengthy prayers. I could only imagine how that would feel with all of our prayers. I saw Bruce Almighty and I thought it gave a humorous perspective of God's daily life.
I would definitely thing twice about the bad decision I made creating humanity. That was a lousy experiment that failed.

We are God! We have plenty of limitations and abilities. We are dependent on each other and many other things. Being God, I suggest you live and enjoy life the best you can. Be nice and compassionate to others. Shun intolerance though it is another far less valuable attribute of God. Go easy on God.

you cannot encompass The Almighty, he made pharaoh they way that he is then punished him for it, because of what pharaoh did with his own hands and words, God does not have needs nor does he get bored he wrote every human's action and words long before they were born, God simply chooses who is good and who is bad, but they are innocent until they commit their crimes, and lacking until they are written fortunate. and who is to question what God does or does not, obey or disagree and remember that all is written before hand.
