    • @MYCOOLI1 He's a martial artist with the heart of a fighter. He's supposed to feel that way, whether he was right or wrong, especially with over 40 years experience . Just the same, Bruce Lee was supposed to feel that way as well. A martial artist, competitor or fighter feeling he could beat another isn't putting them down, it's having self confidence. And Jai White's skill set is advanced enough for him to feel the way he does no matter what the outcome would have been.

    • I am from India , and I learn kyokushin and I worship martial arts and combat sports. But I've never been to a tournament and that's a shame and every time I wanted to give a test for a belt upgrade , some obstacles Come infront of me and I miss every single opportunity for a new belt exam.😢

    • @@bender8100 I still believe that , I can do it and the mind limits the unlimited but your spirit always breaks through . I still train to become a fighter belted or not. That's why giving up on something to me is more painful than death. Even if I might get beaten to death by bullies , I won't give up. never ever and that's why I don't believe in limits. And that pushes me to my peak performance.

    • If you have done martial arts as long a he has of course his kicks are fast and deadly. That's the whole point. Lol. A constant sharpening of technique to the point of flawlessly execution

    • Truth! I met him in Hollywood once and he accidentally bumped me and apologized! I laughed and said man you could kick my ass in 1 sec he laughed! After we had a conversation about the discipline he learned from martial arts and how it changed his life! Great guy man, humble for real.

  • So many tips that Michael is giving, my Sensei has also been trying to drill into me. For example putting the foot down or back immediately after front kick!! Second, really turning the hip fully into kicks, being almost sideways when you finish; this way to get power into it. We were just working that round kick, similar technique about a week ago. Last I did a seminar few months ago using his hook. Just shows that the true masters and high ranking karate teachers mostly think alike. OSS respect
