Fabricating a custom aluminium radiator from start to finish including Arc shot, dimple dies, bead rolling, folding and lathe work. great project for tig welding and fabricating beginners.

    • Hi, i made this when i first started and it really helped alot but now i only use it for long runs or high up stuff. Wouldnt change it at all👍🏼

  • If any of the fittings you welded on the inside leak, do you scrap the whole thing?

    • I havent come across that yet but if there was a leak then id simply weld around the outside. I just prefer the look of them welded inside👍🏼

    • Yes im in the UK. I used 4043 2.4mm filler and 1.6mm for tacks
