  • Timothy, nice lap around in the ol' B55! Thank you for sharing your videos, they have me chomping at the bit to get back up in the air--been a while--and right now I'm nursing a broken rt ankle. Your videos help me to forget how sucky being (temporarily) grounded is. :)

  • Thanks for sharing! I hope your still flying that Baron :-) My only advice is when ever an alarm is going off always react to it immediately. You'll be surprised how you can eventually tune out something like a gear warning horn until its to late.

  • I don't wan't to disparage this pilot because I don't know his experience level but the lack of situational awareness coupled with poor pilot manipulation of power settings is indicative of a new multi engine pilot. Pull those props back first often enough on take off power change and you are in for a real rude awakening. The instructor seems unsure of himself also. The Baron is not a machine to be uncertain of... In other words, it ain't a Seneca, Aztec or Seminole with a big screw up leeway.

    • I watched the video and was thinking all the things you just said. I'm definitely not liking no hand on the throttles on takeoff. Just my opinion.
