SO... here we go again! The transmission did not live long in my 1940 Ford Pickup. Out she comes and once more we have a go at making things right! Jesus man, i thought the underside of my truck was jam packed. Definitely need a new flexplate, your converter bolt holes are all waller'd out...

Having similar problems seal lasted 10 months gonna try a teflon pump bushing seems wider
Did that seal retainer clip come off when you removed the converter ? Around 10:14
