Humans have been exhorted time and again through scripture, philosophy, and the like to stand up for themselves and others (including animals, insects, and plants) according to universal moral laws of righteousness and justice at the very least if they can’t find it in their hearts to love others. Religious persuasion has nothing to do with it….. So how do the nations of the world at this point in time measure up against this standard? I have respect and high praise in this respect for China, Russia, Iran, and Syria, who are guided by principle…. That is not to say, of course, that other countries won’t follow their example now that an alternative to the deadly oppressiveness of Zionism has presented itself to our hitherto traumatised world…. If moreover Israel annexes the Gaza Strip and West Bank, that places it all the closer to the rest of its neighbours. Nations upon which Zionism has predatory designs that it will carry out steadily all in good time if its march towards world enslavement and domination proceeds unimpeded…. The Israelis themselves have said that the wholesale Arab Gulf sellout of the Palestinians via the Abraham Accords is what has paved the way for annexation of the Gaza Strip and West Bank…. No you're right, it's never going to happen that Hamas would put down its weapons, but the fact it has so much strength and weapons and people and supporters in the first place is because my country (Israel) hasn't given the Palestinian people a viable alternative! If there was, such an evil terrorist organisation would never have the support it does and it would've never managed to achieve what it did to start this conflict. A different Palestinian party/organisation would gain support and they would overthrow Hamas. But instead we have shown the people of Gaza what happens if they support a government (like the PA) that tries to pursue peaceful relations with Israel - they simply become even more occupied, more oppressed, more hopeless in their quest for independence. So what motivation do they have to choose a different path and resist Hamas?

There is nothing "fashionable" about acknowledging the difference between Ukraininans and Palestinians in Gaza: Ukraininians didn't send rockets and perform atrocious terror attacks to Russian civilians in Russia, to which Russia would have reacted by invading Ukraine. No, Russia performed a totally unprovoked attack to Ukraine, already back when it invaded the Crimea. Palestinians, on the other hand, have always performed lots of terror attacks against jews and Israelis, already long before 1948 when the Israel state was formed. PLO and Fatah (which back then was a terrorist organization) were established long before the 1967 war, back when Gaza was illegally occupied by Egypt, and West Back was illegally occupied by Jordania. How come the Palestinians didn't mind Egypt and Jordania occupying the palestinian lands before 1968? Because it is not about Gaza or West Bank at all; it has always been with the muslim world not accepting ANY kind of jewish state in the middle East, even though 700.000 jews fled from various arab countries and Iran to Israel e.g. during 1948-1950 and later. Palestinians and arabs are the main reason there is no peace in the area. They've been offered a two-state solution several times in history, which they have all declined, while jews/israelis accepted each proposal.
