Phase 4 was mostly about new beginnings after the events of Endgame. Phase 5 should start to tie things more together in the build-up to Secret Wars
I'm excited to see what's in store for Phase 5. Kate Bishop will lead the Young Avengers, The Ebony Blade's history being revealed that leads to Dane Whitman becoming the Black Knight, Sam Wilson will lead the Avengers, the secrets of the Ten Rings to which there's a possibility that they're from Kang's world which is why the Ten Rings are sending a message. Valentina forming the Thunderbolts in an attempt to discredit the Avengers. DareDevil returning, Mutants arising, and so much more.

Everyone forgot about Peter Parker, but they didn't forget about Spiderman. I'm pretty sure Spidey will be called upon to backup other heroes like Doctor Strange for example. Spidey could even be Kate's adviser at leading the Young Avengers team. Also, he could partner with Daredevil to round up the street level heroes to help.

Phases 4 and 5 feels like going through side quests after finishing the main campaign.

I totally agree with this and while i still need to watch a few things in 4-5 I can say I personally do appreciate and enjoy them and what I’ve seen! All mcu shows and movies will always have lowkey hints and Easter eggs and it’s why marvel is so good!

Doubt it people like Avengers because the main characters were easily recognizable and popular. Even if you didnt read comics or weren't a comic geek. The average person at least knew a few of them. Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Spiderman, Black Panther these are the face of the MCU

People liked the avengers because it was well written and there was hype leading up to from all forms of media This is 2022, marvel lore has been ingrained into pop culture DNA. All these characters are widely avaliable through movies, tv shows streaming apps, or even reported on news outlets for new projects. Doesn't matter if you read the comics or not.

My position, as what I said in the original post, was that after the next avengers movie people will retroactively give love to these phases. It's happened before 3 times. You can't sit there and just deny that hasn't happened before. As far as the current roster, I'm not wrong in stating that Disney has pushed for their characters to be in the zeitgeist of the public, or that they're starting to be pushed more. Synergy is Disney's thing
@@FN64Productions I seriously doubt people will give love to these phrases. Spiderman was literally the only good movie to come out of this phase and that's because of Sony. I ask the average person what they think of some of these movies. My sister's exact words for Dr.Strange was that it was mid. She told me dont even bother with Thor. She's not even a comic nerd. She was a fan of phase 3 were the writing and characters were good and recognizable. But she didnt care for lesser known people like Ant man or the guardians. My homie's brother has a family he told me he fell asleep during Thor love and thunder had to will himself to finish it. These new movies are terrible. Add on the convoluted mess of the tv shows how is the average person even suppose to keep up with what's going on ? Marvel releases were at least a little spaced out before and had a endgame no pun intended. Now you gotta watch 10 tv shows plus the lackluster movies to even know what's happening

The Shang-Chi rings are linked to Kang, in the first ant Man 3 trailer the flying rings surrounding the large building has the same design as the 10 rings
The Canadian Lad revealed this in his video about the Quantumania trailer. The Canadian Lad stated that the Ten Rings are most likely sending a message to the Quantum realm. This means Shang-Chi, Ant-Man, Wasp, and Kang now have an important connection that will impact Phase 5 and other future phases.
1- everybody forgot Peter Parker, yes....but they still remember Spider-Man. He's still an Avenger. 2- Daredevil's backstory doesn't need to be completely spelled out AGAIN just to appease the handful of "ThEy'Re NoT cAnOn" jerks insisting on literally every event being mentioned in everything just to prove they happened in the same reality. Feige & his team aren't idiots, they know how popular most of the prior MCU connected shows are ( and even the few things even the worst ones did well....case in point, getting Anson Mount back as a Black Bolt variant in MoM ) so they won't just toss it all away & retcon it ( and no, Laura Barton's watch from Hawkeye does not retcon Agents of SHIELD ). 3- Shang-Chi's rings are likely calling to Fin Fang Foom. The rings are his in the comics and he's a powerful alien dragon...the MCU's rings just feel more size appropriate to a huge dragon rather than magically changing size to fit a human's fingers
Phase might not be perfect, but it did open us a lot of content that need to be explore one step at a time. And I'll be ready to buy all movie tickets.

All of my hope r these here. 1) The dead eternals r revived by Arishem, who also unhumanizes Sprite but allows her to age up to like mid 30's. That's not in the comics its my fan idea. 2) Wanda returns, finds WV and put Chaos Vision's memories in his head so he know about his sons and the sitcom. She even has mastered her magic to revive her sons without the need of the hex for life support, and resurrect everyone she killed to make amends. 3) Shang-Chi still has his aerokinesis, discovers and masters all the comic powers to the rings. He even teams up with Scarlet Witch, Moon Knight, Scarlet Scarab, Ms. Marvel (cause MCU made her part djinn of Arabic myth) maybe even Namor (since MCU has combined Atlanteans with Aztecan-Mayan mythos an culture) for a mystical team. 4) The Thunderbolts also has Songbird since she's one of my fav, with all those we saw in Avergers Assemble. 5) All the Defenders returns with Elektra but has Kimagure mystic martial arts from her solo film, or something of the sorts. 6) White Phoenix of the Crown appears but does a *WHOLE* lot better. More Cosmic Pyrokinesis, Life Creation (as stated in DP), but also like in storyline "Here Comes Tomorrow", she can manipulate the timeline/history (past, present, and future) with her mind and force of will, instead of travel to events. 7) Everyone remembers Peter but his id as Spiderman is still kept from the public. Only those who knew before, except Mysterio's crew, will have both. 8) Finally. Dr. Strange has all the dark powers from the Darkhold but zero corruption. There's more Book of Vishanti and since they grant whatever the owner needs, that includes the Darkhold's stuff, but the corruption was always from the book itself. There gone now.
What is going to be the plot of the Thunderbolts movie? Is Sentry going to be the villain of the Thunderbolts movie because of his evil personality known as the Void? How is the current Thunderbolts team like the Winter Soldier, Madam Hydra, Ghost, US Agent, Yelena Belova Black Widow, Red Guardian and Taskmaster along with possibly Red Hulk would deal with this power house cause he's someone Captain Marvel and Blue Marvel could fight against him?

Kang's multiversal stage set ups have been damaging to the story of Phase 4. Much of Phase 4 sucks partially because how it sets up Phase 5.

You guys forgot that they might actually have Adam warlock in MCU sometime in the future and he'll have a huge impact on the franchise. Also there is might be one dark hole left and that resides in the mind of Doctor strange because he's mind is a photographic memory. I believe that will be introduced to the beyond who will create the massive incursion where multiple earths merge to form battle world. We might even see the what if and into the spider-verse collide with the other versions of Marvel properties. They can also be introducing the humans to the MCU through Black bolt and miss marvel. In the original comic books Miss Marvel is a inhuman. They never mentioned in humans in the series but it could hint because in human DNA goes through a metamorph mutation through some tarriage in devices. Also my personal theory is Miss Marvel's bracelets might be connected to Shang-chi rings. Characters I hope to see in the future to be introduced are Ka-zar of the Savage land, Gambit, a fully powered rogue, hulking, Rick AKA A-Bomb, Wonder Man, Michael kovac, and mentions of Conan the barbarian and Kull the conqueror.
