Puffy's Bodyguard Gene Deal on the Night Biggie Got Killed (Full Interview)
In this VladTV exclusive, former Bad Boy bodyguard Gene Deal spoke about his experiences as the record label and Diddy's personal bodyguard. He revealed that he started providing security in high school before following his girlfriend to New York, where he initially joined a gang. He described building a relationship with Diddy after revealing the mogul joined the same gang as him. Gene Deal also explained how Diddy formed and funded Bad Boy before speaking on his relationship with Biggie and the rapper's fallout with Tupac. He elaborated on the East Coast-West Coast feud and explained why Biggie never traded disses with Tupac. Gene continued by speaking on the details and theories surrounding the deaths of Tupac and Biggie. To hear more, check out the full interview above.
This man remembers so many clear details because he was most always working security detail and was on the clock while everyone around him was partying and getting faded. Probably the most clearheaded out of anyone around during those times. Crazy.
Was thinking the same thing. He’s a stand up guy. It’s still unbelievable that disputes this stupid led to shootings & deaths.

Gene Deal is a true dude.... I texted him one night a question, from a number he gave out on his show.... Dude called me, n gave me 10-15 minutes of his time... thats real shit

I will never forget watching Puff daddy performing I’ll be missing you at the MTV music awards after Biggie died and just thinking, this dude is enjoying being in Big’s limelight waaaaaayyyy too much. He had a big ol smile at his face. He wanted to be in that spotlight and he rode the wave way too long. I never felt he was genuine or grieving the loss of a friend. He tried to put a show on but it just wasn’t working for me.
Your right! Puff was hopping and skipping all over that stage.
It seems like he did the same with Kim. Just over exposure of emotions. It seems fake and like a coverup
Was thinking about that while watching this!!
@@PanamaJones7 I felt like that too!

You don’t need a good memory, when your telling the truth. This brother is telling the truth. I pray he finds peace in knowing he did all he could.
🙏
Facts 💯💯
I believe he's telling the truth too. I've heard him tell the story before and even saw him in a doc about profiling the Muslim guy. BUT the way he told the story this time made me think maybe there was a set up to make it look like a Muslim guy killed Biggie. Could the guy had been paid to walk up to them dressed as a Muslim, have them look him in the face and then walk away to throw them off? Considering they were warned beforehand, it's not far fetched to think that these details were planned out and intentional.
👍🏼👍🏼

This interview was needed! When you have a non-biased person telling a story in such a manner, no movie or documentary could ever re-create.
True talk. It’s been out there a for while, how come they’ve not used it for a document already? How come Diddy hasn’t confronted any of these dudes or addressed the whole issue. The Detective who claimed he solved the case had no idea what he was talking about, putting it on Suge Knight. He ain’t stupid to set PAC up and put himself in the crossfire.
@@Savagesify he hasn’t confronted it bc the best way to kill any rumor is to ignore it.
I agree 100%
Diddly was just following orders from the ((people)) that controlled him
@@Savagesifyif Suge did set Pac up he would have been good. When you’re “just the talent” you’re expendable and worth more 💀 than alive. If there's a whiff you're in danger, shut it down or drastically change your movements and procedures. Gene seemed to be the only person taking things seriously. Diddy's negligence and dismissiveness were a major factor in Biggie's murder.
Diddy wasn't dismissive of Gene's warning neither was he negligent; Diddy had it all planned out. Otherwise, why would he dismiss or downplay Gene's warning, and sort of insisted that Biggie should attend; plus the fact that when they were out of the party, Diddy was restless rather than entering the vehicle that was already set to move.
