Yeah, my brother was like 3 when he went on his first flight and I don’t think he remembers anything. I would want to make sure that when flying with a child that they are at least potty trained, you have medicine (bc on the last flight my sister was on, she was vomiting bc she didn’t eat anything for over 10 hours), and to teach your kids to be respectful of others.

While I do agree with your point not all babies cry. I have a three year old sister and on a plane she just sits and sleeps, plays on her kindle, And does stickers and stuff. As a family of five it would make traveling even more difficult for families. Not to mention it would raise prices because the airlines have to pay for more fuel, food, and other services. Let know if I’m wrong or any other points.

By the time I was 18, elderly people kept saying I was like a 30 year old man in a teenage body. I don’t regret it one bit, but I do however find myself struggling with the idea of settling down in one place for the rest of my life, which might be a pattern coming from my childhood.

@@ladel1805 but that seams stupid to me because wouldn’t it be dangerous to travel that much with a toddler considering how confined airplanes are making it full of germs, plus the affects of flying, air pressure, radiation, etc. and disturbing other passengers (which I usually try to understand but knowing it’s only for the parents since the parents are doing it so often and that the child is too young to fully remember these trips makes me upset.

I still remember on a recent long haul flight there was this little shit that used everyone around him as a jungle gym whil we were waiting for the plane doors to open. It was already tight and squeezed standing there with my bag and this kid had to squeeze back and forth between the people stood around, he climbed up the chair and kept jumping on the armrest and I coulda sworn he kicked me at some point. Parents just stood there talking about smth else and smiling at him. He also insisted on building legos midflight and dropped a few, and got mad when he couldn't find it.

I remember the time on a flight I was going back home from Spain and there was a baby maybe around two years old and for most of the flight the mother was sing a nursery rhyme counting up from 1 to 3 and i can't tell you how the repeating of that song was the most annoying thing on earth and my seat was being kick by this toddler next to the two year old probably the longest flight of my life

Before you jet off thinking you’re treating your child to a nice holiday, please consider the real repercussions this has on their health and well-being…
Not to mention, the kid won’t even remember most of these trips. I went to Hawaii when i was 5 and I still barely remember any of it (I only remember the water elevator at the grand wailea and part of the luau we went to)

I would want to make sure that when flying with a child that they are at least potty trained, you have medicine (bc on the last flight my sister was on, she was vomiting bc she didn’t eat anything for over 10 hours), and to teach your kids to be respectful of others.

FR. I don't hate kids (i hate crappy parents) and all. Im all for child free busses/ planes.
While I do agree with your point not all babies cry. I have a three year old sister and on a plane she just sits and sleeps, plays on her kindle, And does stickers and stuff. As a family of five it would make traveling even more difficult for families. Not to mention it would raise prices because the airlines have to pay for more fuel, food, and other services. By the time I was 18, elderly people kept saying I was like a 30 year old man in a teenage body. I don’t regret it one bit, but I do however find myself struggling with the idea of settling down in one place for the rest of my life, which might be a pattern coming from my childhood.

I still remember on a recent long haul flight there was this little shit that used everyone around him as a jungle gym whil we were waiting for the plane doors to open. It was already tight and squeezed standing there with my bag and this kid had to squeeze back and forth between the people stood around, he climbed up the chair and kept jumping on the armrest and I coulda sworn he kicked me at some point. Parents just stood there talking about smth else and smiling at him. He also insisted on building legos midflight and dropped a few, and got mad when he couldn't find it.
Not to mention the increased radiation you get on flights. It’s not a ton, but 102 flights is crazy for a kiddo
