Toprak after assigned to BMW he is getting very good points and win the race against Ducati. Next round in misano, Toprak can be more strong that's why my prediction of the championship points could be change. Because he's making good progress here. Yes for sure we're not expertises we're all just supporters of Toprak (obsessed) :)

Wet start. he is on wet tyres. If the race wasn't red flagged, he would fall down the order before the chequered flag.
It's about tyre selections. Spinelli used wet tyre, all others used slick-dry tyres. Road was wet at first but after a few laps road getting dry. Then slick users closed the gap. If the race wouldn't stop with red flag, spinelli couldn't win. That was a gambling at all and he won by help with huge luck.

The race ended because oil spilled on the track. If it had continued for 1 more lap, Toprak would have finished 1st and Batista would have finished 2nd. Since the top finisher received 5 more points, Toprak would be 1st in the classification. Unfair situation.
