  • fun fact : the "inside arm lock" is actually called the Mir lock. The fighter performing it was the first to pull it out and so it was named after him. I landed few of them at bjj, and if it's setup properly (not like mines so, but i'm working on it XD), it's a real killer move which can catch a lot of people off guard. Also, it's pretty easy to add it in a closed or half guard system. Aproved ^^

  • A von flue is such an elusive and underrated submission. Typically any counter to a submission has to be preemptive because (by design) once a submission is sunk in there’s *almost* no way out. But often a von flue choke is sunk before you even realize you were being submitted, it capitalizes on the opponents tunnel vision when they’re so close to landing that guillotine. So how do you get out of a choke you didn’t know you were in? “Wait what the fuc- aghfkchkabaf!” -actual quote from a guy I did this to

    @aiden1665@aiden16659 ай бұрын

    • @@domibro1632 From what I can tell from the pause, it looks like a combo of triangle and ezekiel. Right leg in typical triangle position. Can't see the right arm completely, but from where he has his hands locked, I'm guessing he snaked it under the neck. Would that be accurate?

  • This was fucking awesome, that reverse calf slicer from Charles is just out of this world, wish you’d have included the ‘Mr. Wonderful’ though! About as rare as it gets that only one guy does it!

    • It only really worked because the opponent turned their neck inside the "triangle" and got clamped at the side of the neck. Still incredible that he pulled it off though

    • It honestly kind of is. The idea that you're using your forearm to apply pressure on the opponent's throat and using your own leg as a means of tightening the hold, leg over the traps not unlike a Stretch Muffler in pro-wrestling.
