  • My thoughts for improving the puzzle: round the corners so they slide past each other easier. Some type of varnish to make the sides slicker might also help. create grid-like grooves on the bottom in intervals of the smallest piece (so the small square) and put pieces that go into those grooves in those intervals (so something like a screw or a screw with a washer, where the small square has one on the bottom, the small rectangles have two, the longer ones have three, etc etc etc). This will allow the blocks to move around freely without allowing the player to lift them out and "jump" other pieces. It would take a lot of work and precision, but I think the payoff would be worth it.

    @yokoboo@yokoboo4 жыл бұрын
    • And I would say if you want to charge more than $350 for this, then the grooves are kinda a must.

      @MarcosDjivelekian@MarcosDjivelekian4 жыл бұрын
    • If the blocks were flush with the border of the puzzle they might move smoother, too, instead of toppling over

    @Adam-kk3kj@Adam-kk3kj4 жыл бұрын
    • Personally no, because I don't really think about the puzzle. I'm not trying to solve it, I'm just watching him solve it. Most of the time I just kinda zone out and watch him do whatever he's doing. A lot of the puzzles he does are pretty hard to understand unless you have them in your hand anyway so I don't even think about what he should do. Maybe I used to when I first started watching, but that was a good while back so I don't really remember lol.

    • My personal opinion, I think it actually is really cool the way it is to be honest. If someone were to pick one of these up and cheat it, they would have wasted their money. You get nothing. No satisfaction. No enjoyment. No admiration for the creativity that inspired it. The only thing they cheat is their own experience.

This guy is creative but needs to be patient and work on his craft to make puzzles that are less cheap and homemade. The best puzzles are the ones Chris can slam and spin and throw around. • I so enjoy the joy in your eyes when you get excited by something like that electronic music square in the box. Shows that you’re not jaded. 💋

  • That box puzzle had me amazed as well with the electronics. This guy puts some thought into how to make it interactive with an electronic twist to end it👌

  • Nice puzzle with a twist at the end, a more refined version I would like to hope would sell well and I think it could be ramped up to a higher level.

  • I love puzzles like this. Ones where it is obvious what you need to do to solve but it is just hard.
