Something different about this video... any guesses?
No timer.
Lighting?
You were totally off your game this time? :P
Amazing how creative some people can be!
No crispy intro right off the bat??
"I think we're getting close" Just watched him move the single all the way to the opposite corner from where it needed to be
it pained me to watch that, he started moving it again and I was just NOOOOOOOO PUT IT BAAAAACK
5:58 noooooo 6:02 phew
Yess!! I was like “no, no, no, no, no”. 😂😂😂😂
@@potterfanz6780 yeah it looked like he had it for a second he was only like 2 or 3 moves away then he went and spent like 20 moves putting it in the complete wrong order
God that was the worst part lol
Chris:solves it Also chris :removes every screw in sight "WHATS MY PRIZE"
I thought that was hilarious! I totally thought he broke it for a minute.
is that all??!!! prize...meh!
Chris CEO of “maybe there’s a magnet?”
Underrated lol
business partner of the CEO of "maybe i should tap it?"
Cutest face ever when it made the noise and unlocked. Like a kid at Christmas loll
I was sitting here yelling "The SQUARE, Chris. Use the f****** SQUARE."
Will Reno same
same here lol but loved the puzzel
Same hahahaha
Me tooooo!!!!
Same. He needs to play The Room games. Sometimes stuff is clearly marked for you. Lol.
"This one piece here is always in the way" YOU PUT IT THERE YOU FOOL OH MY GOD IT HURTS
i had a stroke from how close he was and he ruined it.
Haha! I was cracking up. Chris moves it all the way into the opposite corner of where it needs to be, XD Cool puzzle, and video though.
Yeah usually i have no clue and chris astounds me but this one seemed EAAAAAAAAAAAASY to me and was just continually frustrated as he got close then backtracked
LMAO
EXACTLY THIS WAS FRUSTRATING AF 🤣 I was audibly screaming YOU IDIOT OMG PLEASE LISTEN TO MEH at the screen
My thoughts for improving the puzzle: round the corners so they slide past each other easier. Some type of varnish to make the sides slicker might also help. create grid-like grooves on the bottom in intervals of the smallest piece (so the small square) and put pieces that go into those grooves in those intervals (so something like a screw or a screw with a washer, where the small square has one on the bottom, the small rectangles have two, the longer ones have three, etc etc etc). This will allow the blocks to move around freely without allowing the player to lift them out and "jump" other pieces. It would take a lot of work and precision, but I think the payoff would be worth it.
And I would say if you want to charge more than $350 for this, then the grooves are kinda a must.
If the blocks were flush with the border of the puzzle they might move smoother, too, instead of toppling over
I was racking my brain on how to do something like that but you hit the nail on the head!
I’d honestly love to see Chris and Dan meet. Like Chris trying to solve one of his puzzles in front of him. Seems like they could have a really chill bromance. Also, Dans work is unreal
YES, PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN
The look on your face when the beeps happened. Effen priceless. ✌️
The person that made that, really took that puzzle to another level. That was amazing
Richard Thomas Searrio have u seen the first one? Totally amazing
cool concept just needs some refinement.
I agree. I like that his puzzles have so far have had a sort of signature color scheme. But the craftsmanship and design could use some polishing.
That sounds like fun, I wish I could add on a nice polish
The puzzle should have a grid with carriage bolts holding the blocks down, maybe an extra layer of veneer.
Does anybody else get really frustrated when you know wut to do but then does something different? Then 5 minutes later he does the move you were thinking of and it was right.
Personally no, because I don't really think about the puzzle. I'm not trying to solve it, I'm just watching him solve it. Most of the time I just kinda zone out and watch him do whatever he's doing. A lot of the puzzles he does are pretty hard to understand unless you have them in your hand anyway so I don't even think about what he should do. Maybe I used to when I first started watching, but that was a good while back so I don't really remember lol.
I was at the part 'heeeey chris put that square into the thiiingggg!!!!"
Mark Dinla same he could have done it alot earlier
Me too lol I was like “ Chris......😑 notice how the green thing fits on the logo” I was just waiting for him to put it there for like 10 mins 😂
YOOO the minute he puts the little square on the logo and the beep I’m like whattttt hahahah puzzle box meets JAMES BOND
Indiana Jones! He just triggered the collapse of the building in the same moment.
That dude Dan killed it once again with his ingenuity and cleverness by thinking outside the (puzzle) box.
I feel like this puzzle should have some sort of anti-cheat mechanism.
This guy needs to work on the craftsmanship. The creativity is there, but the idea that his puzzles can easily be opened by “cheating” makes it seem like a cheap children’s toy
Brock J IKR, but he’s going some where.
My personal opinion, I think it actually is really cool the way it is to be honest. If someone were to pick one of these up and cheat it, they would have wasted their money. You get nothing. No satisfaction. No enjoyment. No admiration for the creativity that inspired it. The only thing they cheat is their own experience.
This is also a personal puzzle for Chris, and he doesn’t cheat on the puzzles, if you want to cheat then you just wasted your money
I think this is just a prototype basically. If he finished it using some more acrylic for the top to cover the blocks from being lifted but still let them slide that would be awesome
This puzzle is so dope! I was also one of the folks dying, when you were solving the second side of the puzzle. You managed to get that single tiny block into the total opposite corner of where it needed to be. That lock at the end is a great idea. It's an awesome puzzle, and enjoyed the video as always.
I don’t normally comment, but when the beep hit on this puzzle. Sooooo satisfying.
Should be studying but... notification bell for Chris Ramsay is a-ringing
same
The moment I heard the beeping I was like “shuuuuuttt uuuuppp😱” 😂
Who else was yelling at chris when he moved the cube to the different corner. (Edit) thanks everyone for the likes, the most I've ever got
ME, Sooo Hard
I was very angry
Archie Hizer indeed. He was like 2 moves away and went the totally opposite directions hahaa
Did that with the long one on the first side too lol.
6:05 “WHAT ARE YOU DOING???” 8:05 Why did you do this to me?
I'm obsessed with hidden compartment furniture and this guy has me yet again wondering where do you pick up the systems he uses so I could integrate it into my projects
I agree with chris that the wooden blocks should have been on some kind of grid. Mostly to just stop them from turning. But great job for a second puzzle
Chris: "whats the prize?!" Me: *the box*
So clearly, screaming at my screen “USE THE BLOCK ON THE LOGO” wasn’t helping you out 🤦🏽♀️😆😆
Pineapple Girl same!!!!
Didn't work when I did it either!
I literally squealed when you figured that lock out. Satisfying watch!
I freaking love this guy!!! These electronic aspects are satisfying
laughing so hard when i saw the square hole, i was "THE KEEEY, USE YOUR CUBE KEEEY xD"
Yeps!!!
Exactly xD
8:27 the adult equivalent of trying to find the prize inside a cereal box
2:23
Incredible! Great work and ingenious design.
Just started watching and I'm already super excited!
Haha I was actually waiting for some electric mechanism, cause it's mad3 by Dan, but your reaction to it was even better. I like how you turn into a little kid 😊
The sloppiness of this puzzle made my anxiety rise to a whole new level.
I love this guys stuff! Your reaction when it beeped and opened was so genuine and great!
Keep Blowing his mind Daniel! Love watching Chris solve your puzzles
Ramsey: Where's my prize HULK SMASH! Oops, did I break it?
Spell his name correctly
Chris: Oh this will be a fun little puzzle *2 HOURS LATER* Chris: *WhErEs My PrIzE dAnIeL!*
Dude its perfect just amazing the craftsmen ship the ....just the idea of what had to go into this puzzle love everything about it
the level of craftsmanship is amazing!
You’re very likable Chris and easy to root for !!
I literally was laughing " what's my prize! " shake shake
You amaze me with puzzles and got me thinking about how puzzles could be solved.
I love this guy's work!
I have been thinking about making a simple looking box that has a Internal maze that has a little ball with a rfid chip inside it and a lot of gates that you need to open with magnetic reed switches When you get the ball to the end It opens up and you can see everything and how it works The only two things on the outside of the box would be a magnet on a Handle with a little bank pen style chain holding it to the box and a Clearly labeled battery compartment with the explanation that batteries are Necessary so it can be opened if it battery goes dead I think it would sell well but I don’t have the money or expertise to make it so if anyone does feel free to use this Concept
im getting frustrated just watching you trying to move pieces that constantly get stuck or are hard to drag
same here, the way the blocks stopped moving while getting stuck and what not. It was triggering me and making me anxious. I wanted to look a way before it made me go crazy but I also wanted to find out what happened
Wow Daniel Scott. So impressed with the first one being next level and didnt dissapoint with this one either. Good job. Beautiful. Keep em comming
That was great. Amazing how fast you turn these videos out. Keep it up.
Just checked out his website. I love his mission statement on there. I think he's created something awesome that will grow more than he thought it could. Also, great video as per usual Mr Ramsay.
Puzzle: I have a prize in me come get it Chris: GIVE ME THE DRIVE DANIEL
Again I am thoroughly impressed with your show, best part of the week!! Thanks again Dan for an awesome puzzle for Chris to solve!! Keep them coming! Til next week you are the bomb!!
Love the details this puzzle has, very nice piece!!
Who else just got so excited when he figured it out!
I think it’s better that they’re not attached because you can easily reset it for someone else to use
Dan is the man!!!!! Huge addition to your channel Chris. Best to both of you!
Man, I love your reactions when you discover cool surprises! They are great!! Both the surprises and your reactions. The pure joy is awesome. Thanks for sharing!
5:45 You were so close to solving the second half here, I wanted to scream at my monitor as you worked backwards and took an extra 2 minutes to solve it.
Haha Same ! JUST MOVE THE SMALL PIECE UP!!!
I don't even have to look at the timestamp because I did the same thing. "Dude, you're there... WTF are you doing!?" LOL
When the box becomes another puzzle 😂
Flymoolah man 27 pffthaha
I really like how Daniel's puzzles mix the old school wood materials with modern stuff like RFID chips and remotes. Very cool.
I love that you support small businesses that fit your niche.
Why not take a break from my landscaping job and watch some Chris Ramsay in the heat of the day 😁
You sound like you're in FL 😜😄👍!
Is that Teller in the photo with ya?
@@groowanderer Yeah! I met him and Penn in Vegas and got my red monarchs signed
@@ScottLarson very cool. Also I see a younger you in front of a A.G.T. sign. You try out?
@@groowanderer yes that was almost 2 years ago. It was a very neat experience being in the room with people I would see get a golden buzzer on tv, but I never advanced.
Chris:*solves extremely hard puzzles* Me:*Can't solve rubics cube*
That was sick! He makes the coolest tech puzzles
I love the face he makes when he puts the key and opens the drawer. I was confused too as to how to get into the compartment. I reacted with shock and amazement at the same time. What a clever solve! This guy's puzzles are ingenious.
wheres the prize?! proceeds to disassemble the entire puzzle
The puzzle: "moves" Chris: Its all coming together
Daniel does some epic work! Awesome puzzle, great job solving it!
This was awesome! I love it when you're playing for an unknown prize...and you have just the minimum of instructions! This was very cool.
The second half of the puzzle could have been solved in like 8 moves!!!! Awesome video though Edit: Typo
This puzzle need a bit more work in the design, as it doesn't feel quite "complete", but overall it's pretty decent.
Not going to lie, I'm a huge fan of Daniels work. He has a way of making something look easy; yet, when you try and solve it you realize its more complex and thought out than anticipated. Great work and always looking forward to seeing masterpieces like this one still being created/produced.
Awesome. For both of his puzzles I always feel so worried that it’s gonna be a let down...but each time it’s been an unique finishing move for the prize. Great job!
The colors in this video are ridiculous! Did I get the “special” edition of my cereal or do you see it too???
Davide Callegaro I noticed that too glad it wasn't just me
They look normal to me? What are you seeing?
5:41 literally 4 steps away from solving it, and then he just started moving the blocks the wrong way... At that point it really messed with my head
I adore Daniel Scott's creativity!
So cool! Nice work Daniel!
Starting off a puzzle by saying “the pieces come off but don’t take them off, that’s against the rules!” Makes it seem like a children’s toy. This guy is creative but needs to be patient and work on his craft to make puzzles that are less cheap and homemade. The best puzzles are the ones Chris can slam and spin and throw around. It adds to the frustration.
Thanks again Daniel for another awesome video!
Love all the puzzles you do!
That's so nice with the key so satisfying looking
Keep up the excellent work mate! Love your content!
Hey Chris, love your work. Keep up the good job !
I love the electronics with his puzzles, it's like a safe in some spy movie. With a little refinement it would be perfect, but it's still great how it is.
That’s some great workmanship there. He’s good . And you’re good and then that means it’s all great. thank you for the video
I really enjoy how he paints his puzzles. They look very nice.
I so enjoy the joy in your eyes when you get excited by something like that electronic music square in the box. Shows that you’re not jaded. 💋
That box puzzle had me amazed as well with the electronics. This guy puts some thought into how to make it interactive with an electronic twist to end it👌
This one was even better than the last! Super cool! Hope to see a third! Love your puzzle vids!
You never fail. This was awesome! Thanks for sharing! 😁🤘🖤
chills!!!! absolute chills when I heard that beeping
His puzzles always surprise and shock me! Daniel is always killing it.
Chris.... I love these videos! You are ****ing hilarious and fun to watch! DANS PUZZLES ARE SO FUN TO WATCH! Keep up the amazing work! You are awesome!
Nice puzzle with a twist at the end, a more refined version I would like to hope would sell well and I think it could be ramped up to a higher level.
Pros brother! I love what you do, puzzles are my thing as well. This is something that would definitely help me during this quarantine.
Loved the unlocked reaction.
At work got the notification had to stop an watch. Really cool. At first I was like this thing does not look that great of a puzzle, but then....wow so creative good job on the puzzle build
I love puzzles like this. Ones where it is obvious what you need to do to solve but it is just hard.
His puzzles are so fantastic
I've been subscribed for 2 years and I still love your vids thanks for entertaining me with your trick puzzles and other magic🔥😁✨
This was really cool! It's like this old looking toy puzzles and then boom! there's a hyper modern mechanism! Awesome!
