55-60k because of the paint respray #1 and #2 the change of the interior so i seriously think those two things are serious money drop. Cars like Ferrari Lamborghinis they keep their value because if they stay Factory original also because it's high mileage thats #3
You could create an access panel as the 360 model (behind the driver/passenger seats) enabling you to change the belt without removing the engine
And what about the gas tank? You have to drop it. And once dropped down it could be possible to change the belt this way like the F355, but there are two shorter belts in that model and a far longer one in the 348. And the tappets? The tolerances? And every two ot three belts change the water pump? It is always reccomanded to drop the engine for one reason or another. Changing the belt(s) is the tip of the iceberg, believe me.

The owner clearly has more money than sense You painted a red Ferrari black ? Should have done a full vinyl wrap at least it can be removed. Red flags someone would go through the expense of repainting a good car unless it was involved in a repair or accident.
