Can B Vitamin Deficiencies LITERALLY Make You Go Crazy?
My go-to Intracellular Nutritional Testing:

Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause neuropsychiatric symptoms such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, and dementia.
Screening for B12 levels can be done through blood tests. If you're feeling bad, it's important to check if your B12 levels are okay.

Check out Thiamine / B1 as well!!
And it did! I was in a horrible place. I started having panic attacks in 2022. I found out in October 2023 that I had a B12 level of 62 pg/mL. I'm still in recovery.
You keep teaching, I keep learning. Glad to know about your channel.. Gratitude
Great short video Doc..
Yes, it can. I took deproloft. A natural supp for depression. It helped a lot and stabilized my mood. I definitely had some mental health issues before then, including feeling extremely unstable/crazy. Deproloft is high in b vitamins and has Gaba.
Thanks!
I'm currently taking benfotiamine, nutritional yeast non fortified is always with me wherever I go. I'm taking methylcobalamin B12. That's my complete B complex. Less sugar and minimal carbs (rice).
What about dejavu
Please can you tell me what to do with a B12 blood value that is too high? Thanks
I have the same problem. My doctor didn't seem to think it was a problem. But I noticed when I take a b12 pill i get a strange feeling in my spine
I would stop all b vitamin supplements. I think vitamins are toxic at high doses found in supplements. The assumption is you'll pee them out before they cause problems.
It might be caused by SIBO. You can check B9 and homocysteine. If B9 is also high but homocysteine below 8 then B9 and B12 are not true readings and b9 and b12 are not going inside the cell but just floating in the blood excessively produced but gut bacteria.
I have the same problem. Finding a multi vitamin or similar supplement without B12 is impossible. Any recommendations?
Good amount of water, magnesium and potassium.
