  • I experienced COVID that lasted a good 11 days. I thought I was ok until I began to notice a loss of more hair than usual. After doing some research, I've come to realize it’s from the stress my body went through during that time period and also the shampoo I had been using. So I began doing meditation, yoga daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today i dont face any hair fall. Thank you for this video! I feel so much more at peace.

    • There is none unfortunately. You can take supplements (oral or injection is available). It's the only thing you absolutely cannot get on a vegan diet. Ironically humans do produce b12 just like animals, but it's only produced in the lower intestine, and humans can only intake it in the upper intestine so you need a dietary source. There are also fortified foods you can eat that are vegan and have b12 added.

    @anusuiyabhangre9954@anusuiyabhangre99544 ай бұрын
    • No, b12 comes from a bacteria that lives inside the guts of animals. Ironically humans do produce their own b12 from this bacteria, but it's in the lower intestine, and only the upper intestine can intake b12 to be used by the rest of the body. There are oral supplements and injections you can take if you are low or the listed sources aren't part of your regular diet.
