Nick Diaz stopped by to talk to PRO MMA.INFO's "Fast Eddie" Constantine about his super fight with Lucas Leite at the 2009 Gracie Open. Diaz also touched on Jay Hieron, his next MMA bout, the new Stockton gym, cross training and possibly competing in more grappling tournaments in 2010.

LOL!!! Don't get me wrong. I think he's a great fighter. But when he getting interviewd he is also very entertaining. In the first 3 minutes and 22 seconds he says "you know" 38 times, you know?
and 7 times in the last 30 secs so... you know. Gotta love Nick.
