Downtown Dubai is the center of the city, where the infrastructure is well developed.   • Dubai looks totally abandoned. No one walking around. The city is nothing more than a collection of vapid concrete buildings. It's just disgusting. Why anyone would go there is beyond me. Nothing but rules and regulations, and fines. Can't even hold your partner's hand without being arrested. No thanks!
