Today on the HSR Pre-Release Analysis, we'll be taking a good look at our angelic singer: Robin! Robin is the combination of every single Harmony units that came before her. Just how good is she and what can we expect from her? How can she buff the team? What are Robin's speed limit to be effective? We will discuss everything in this video!!
Also Robin throughout the video is assumed at E0 because... I genuinely forgot (And I don't know if Mr Hoyo would appreciate me talking about this unit deeper than I've already done but we'll just have to see.)

You can snapshot. Just buff her BEFORE she does her ultimate. Attack buffs only work before ultimate. Everything else works anytime.
Really hope Herta shop comes through with the remaining 5 star Lightcones, and I hope they are really good, especially at R5.

I think I’ll end up running the champion physical relic 4 piece on her for longer battles and New simulated universe.
She is said to be getting a new relic set in 2.3. hopefully this fixes her ER issues so that I can use her in any team

Idk if I should get Robin or Topaz, I want that follow up team (I already have Aventurine and Ratio). My only harmony 5 star is Bronya so I think Robin would be great but I think I lack dps...
unless youre willing to go with e1 s1 topaz, robin will be better as ratio needs debuffs imo go for robin and put pela or sw in the other slot

you can actually fulfill ratio’s debuff requirement with aventurine and e0s0 topaz (running trend of universal market LC on Aventurine and topaz applies a permanent debuff from numby) Ratio applies a debuff on his skill as well as Aventurine on his ultimate. If you had to pick topaz or robin tho, I would 100% go for Robin as she is much more versatile (crit support/action advance) versus Topaz (strictly FuA support/dps) Though of course in an ideal world both fit nicely together on a FuA team given there’s enough jades 😔

they changed a trace so she doesn't have as much energy issues. Also, id go with the physical orb over atk %. And id go with SSS over vonwaq. She doesn't need spd all she needs to do is maintain uptime on her ult.
Which trace?
The way that she can maintain uptime on her ult is that all of your unit's SPD is MUCH faster compared to her 90 SPD during ult. Plus that energy issue is, well, an issue
@@TheOneGPJ Exactly a fast team. And then the energy isn't an issue. Only her team mates need to be fast, robin doesn't need to be. @shon her original leak or v1 kit had a trace saying that she would regen 2% of max hp if it dropped below 50%. It was changed to gain energy. Bonus Trace 3: Sequential Passage - When using her Skill, Robin regenerates an additional five Energy. keep in mind, she also gains energy from her team mates. Even without her sig maintaining her ult isn't hard.
Ive yet to see anyone mention the great synergy between clara and robin. Penacony set on robin (as long as shes meeting all of her own stat requirments) to buff clara with topaz and a sustain is a team im considering if i get robin
If Sparkle with her Advance Forward could make Clara/Svarog become a Hypercarry, instead of waiting for enemies to hit them. Then Robin with Advance Forwards too, could also work tho the Followups might not proc often, depending on how slow the enemies are
Its already been demonstrated that they are anti synergistic, especially for fast clears.

im not sure if i should get Robin or Boothill tbh. rn im running Aventurine/Silver Wolf/Topaz/Aventurine rn (all e0/s0 bc im f2p) and i could potentially pull and get Robin (im on 50/50) so im wondering if the upgrade from SW to Robin is big enough that it's worth trying to get her over Boothill (who is a dps that seems cool to me, fun playstyle and all that) since i could really only get one of them and there's also Jade who is IPC and Firefly who is Firefly so i kinda want them too
Do you realy WANT robin cause you like her, or do you plan to get only for meta? And to anwer your question, yes, robin will be a HUGE increase in dmg compared to SW(maybe in some cases SW might be better, but overall it's robin for her AOE buffs, action advance + bonus dmg) but... this team is already extremely strong with SW, getting robin is not necessary(specialy if you require boothill for your sec. Main dps, unless, of course, you need to use SW in another team, such as a quantum, acheron, etc) so if you want robin, you should definetly get her for the upgrade, if you need a strong second main dps, go for boothill(it should be said that a lot of the dreams show BH and Robin together, but RM should be better for some scenarious

Genuine question guys, I have Topaz, Ratio, Aventurine, and Silverwolf, all are E0S0, is it worth to swap out Topaz for Robin? because if I swap out Silverwolf, there wouldn't be enough debuff for Ratio (also Topaz's DMG is kinda meh because she's E0S0)
If you're willing to change Topaz for Robin then IMO she's absolutely worth because she gives so much ATK for Ratio that it's ridiculous.

I want both topaz and robin.. But since robin is more versatile and i need more dmg for pure fiction, I'm aiming for her.. My idea is Robin - Clara - Aventurine - March 7th / Herta (for PF only) And for single target obviously ratio - aventurine - robin - pela
i have dr ratio and topaz but doesn’t ratio need debuff? i have the guaranteed for robin cause my aventurine is a white haired girl with a robot 😔 but idk if she’s worth it maybe i should wait for ruan mei rerun
I think Topaz gives the Numby mark debuff so as long as you keep hitting one enemy with Ratio (and hope his follow up hits) you can pull for Robin :)
Ratio does need debuffs. Topaz's skill applies debuff (the mark) and if you have her S1 it applies another debuff so Ratio's FuA is already at 80% guaranteed.
Plus I'd say RM and Robin is pretty much the same value wise. All of them are so flexible you can put them on different teams and they'll pop off. RM gives a lot of DMG% and Break as well as Res Pen while Robin advances forward the entire team while giving a LOT of ATK% and helps the DPS of the team as well with the Additional Physical DMG. Both of them have their niches respectively (RM for Break teams, Robin for Follow-up). Hope this info dump helps
so i have a question I have Aventurine and Ratio, but not Topaz would it be worth pulling Robin I have an e6 tingyun, ruan mei, and sparkle though I do kinda want Firefly and Jade tough choices (skipping boothill)
Just use Ruan Mei over Robin so you can get Topaz. Who knows when Topaz will rerun, whereas Robin is guaranteed to rerun in 6 or so months.
I'd say both of RM and Robin offer different purposes but a well built RM will be pretty versatile on any team

Robin, she will increase your team performance much more than Topaz. Hi, i've been maining Topaz since her release, i'm almost finishing her build minmaxed(ATM 38 effective procs, 3.15k attack, 85/180 and E0S1, but i may go for Eidolons in a future, all i need to finish my build is ) i have cleared every MoC since her release using her in many setups, like Hyper Carry or duodps(i've even 0cycled with Topaz). Everytime i try to go Hyper Ratio i clear just as fast and sometimes faster than Ratio Topaz. Topaz capabilities are nothing more than a TIngyun sidegrade, since her personal damage is lower than Aventurine's and her FuA only amp is not better than Tingyun's amp for Ratio's entire kit+extra energy for more frequent ults. Overall Robin pontetially could be better than Ruan Mei for most teams, like Chewwy is trying to prove and i believe him, but Robin does require more mechanical knowledge about the game than Ruan Mei, I'm even willing to Spend the pulls i was saving for stacking Topaz eidolons on Stacking Robin's own Eidolons because that will be more effective for Topaz, and if Robin is buffing my dear Topaz that much, you can bet she will buff Ratio even more.
@@BailuGaming Actually just watched Chewyy's vid myself. I've been wanting Robin ever since they've first shown her even though I've got an E4S1 RM. She'll still be one of the SU queens or rly great in the other team but yeah. Robin. Just Robin. Will go poor for her.
You know, i was so used to borrowing an e6 ruan mei, that i genuinely assumed ruan mei's skill was way better than robins, until i saw this video
There is a tons of other good harmony LCs. I'm more worried about Boothill LC coz there is no other Break hunt LCs on the game.
Her lc is great for her not just for energy gain but also team wide atk boost. However, in tests by robins no.1 supporter, the 2.2 event lc does just a little bit worse, so its a great option for her.

I feel like she got no dedicated 4pc relic set for her. 4pc messenger? I guess.. but she already AF 100% all unit anyways the buff almost not be utilize at all lol. 4pc Watchmaker? It's a stretch only break teams can utilize it more, heck why not just pull for RM instead. It's just like Topaz all over again when she got released. Hopium for new future set that will all drop def% & HP% instead what we need.
Yeah she feels like there's another set tailormade for her but for now the closest is 4pc physical

The advance forward is nice but Jingliu is so stacked with attack and not enough DMG percent IMO you better off with Sparkle or Bronya or even Ruan Mei

The FuA CRIT DMG Increase was 25% Not pretty big if you want to ignore that and just use her as typical buffer. But you gotta admit, 25% wasn't small😂
It adds up on top of the extra CRIT DMG buff from her talent NGL
I made a beginner mistake not going for adventurine and instead got jingliu. When i am currently making dr.ratio as good as i possibly can as f2p. Skill issue i guess lmao got her on the 25th numbered pull just started like less than two weeks ago

@@bandi642 Shes not. All the showcase with Robin had higher investment and had to use HuoHuo to feed Robin energy or she would be delayed with her ult. Ruan Mei is better at all lvls of investment and can generate skill points for you which Robin won't be able to do during her ult. Robin will be sp negative without followup attackers or hyperspeed characters Robin is best in follow comp but other comps Ruan Mei will do more you. You aren't wrong res pen and break efficiency is way more valuable for most teams. Robin is good but she will be way harder to use if you want her in other teams outside of followup.
