Yeah, my mei is used for my every team, kafka-black swan, Xueyi, blade(don't have Sparkle), Himeko-Herta-Topaz, and other follow ups, even sustains like Aventurine loves her buff

Same. Not a fan of Dr.Ratio so FUA is off the table for me at the moment, except Euridition but that works a bit different than a hunt team. Robin is a kip for 2.3 or Boothill. I would like Topaz for euridition but not worth it now with all the new characters who will all powercreep old characters

Yo Iyo, the music choices in your videos are always so peak 😩
Sparkle for hyper carry, Robin for FuA, and Mei for literally anything and everything. Also note that Topaz s1 is allowing for Ratio to have that extra debuff. If you dont have e1 or s1 Topaz it may miss some FuAs.
Even more expensive but you can also get another debuff from e2 Aventurine which makes his basic reduce enemy res.
S1 aventurine also helps but yea, outside of e1/s1, you are better off throwing away topaz for pela or maybe stick to ruanmei instead of robin for the extra debuff she brings
In this MoC buff that memory imprint is count as debuff so free debuff for Ratio
@@Kaien-qf6cr yes but in other situations it'll come back to harm you. You'll be at 80% most of the time and not getting the full benefit from his dmg bonus. Could be rough without some eidolons

9:33 Numby on fatty, Ratio e's to bump up Numby until fatty dies into Ratio ult on t-rex before numby goes. Idk how the rotation would go with Robin. Maybe you wouldn't need to ult on Ratio and could save both Aventurine and Ratio ults for the second wave?
what I do usually is break the dino while numby just whales on fatty then focus fatty once dino is broken

I know people dont rlly mention Sim Uni or Swarm/Gold when it comes to kit, but her attack buff on allies not having a cap based on her own would actually be insane in those modes since there is so many ways to increase attack
Great video man, personally i would really like to see how she performs outside follow up atk teams tho, after all, that team is her best in slot ofc shes gonna be good, but is she universally good just like mei ? That's a question I've been having since her announcement, if you could show us some testing related to that it would be pretty cool

@@Iyoverse first of all thank you so much for giving this opportunity, what I thought about was: Potencial 0cycle sustainless comps Acheron + pela + silver wolf + robin Acheron + Kafka + black swan + robin Himeko + herta + robin synergy team comp for PF or maybe even MOC Robin + sparkle + dps + sustain potencial synergy with sparkle extra sp allowing skill spamming to get more energy Clara + robin + tingyun / Ruan mei + march / lynx or other sustain I left my thoughts on why I think they could be interesting below 👇 Acheron sustainless comp with robin could be pretty interesting, since if you run high speed pela and silver wolf (mine are at 160speed) with their low energy requirements you could proc robin ult damage pretty often, and even tho robin doesn't apply a debuff herself, with her ult she enables the other 2 nihility to generate stacks and potentially get another ult then another stack for Acheron wich compensates her lack of debuffs, plus if you have signature on Acheron that's another 2 stacks every ult, I feel this has a lot of potencial for 0 cycles A variation could be the dotcheron comp with robin since she buffs all 3 and also helps with turn advancement for more Kafka procs on the dots, more arcana stacks and more Acheron stacks Another team could be one focusing more on the pure fiction side since it's been getting more difficult every new one we get, robin, himeko, herta, Ruan mei or any variation, I think ppl are really sleeping on himeko herta sinergy with robin another team could be the action advance team, with robin, sparkle, bronya, but this one would require a lot of building and speed tuning and maybe it has other problems my casual mind can't even think of lol so I'm just leaving the idea here Another interesting thing is running robin with sp friendly units so she can spam her skill and potentially ult more often, maybe on a team like huohuo, robin, sparkle, jingliu After watching moon talk about how sparkle extra sp could be used like this it gave me the idea and finally a clara + robin comp, probably the weirdest comp here but depending on the enemies you're fighting I think she really shines with robin, even more if you put march in there, yes they have a weird synergy with each other but march + clara are a low key pretty good sustain, and if you use march only for the follow up attacks she can help with triggering Robin's ult aswell, but at the end of the day clara is still not getting a lot of value from the action advance (unless she has eidolons) so this is less of a meta team and more of a fun one If I could only choose one team out of the 5 it would be the Acheron sustainless comps I said before that I wanted to see how she performs outside follow up but really what I meant was it would be nice to see other comps with robin besides the standard ratio, topaz, aventurine one every creator showcased since not everyone has those characters so showing how she works (or doesn't work) with different characters is important and also something a lot of ppl might like to watch, like those comps I suggested, they might not be meta but they show how robin performs on non optimal situations that someone's account might be in, for example if they don't have all limited follow up characters, and also testing some situations where she could have potencial other than her BIS comp, sorry for the abismal yapping

Had you gotten Aventurine's ult in the second wave that was 100% a 0 cycle. As someone who uses fua and dot teams, I'm so excited to use Robin in the ipc team and finally free Mei for Kafka + Swan
Aventurine was close to ult with his auto so using his skill will be enough to garated ult and an followed up (he was at 6 blind bet at the end of the cycle) but ratio will be short on skill point. Horewer, if iyo have used basic on topaz on her last action, Aventurine could have spent the skill point freely. The lost on damage and energies on Topaz be would irrelevent since Aventurine follow up attack do decent damage and since Topaz was double focus by Cocolia and the Dino anyway.

question I have about 7 tickets and 10k jades atm I want to get Robin and Topaz but im not sure i can afford it because people say topaz needs either her s1 or e1 I have Aventurine and Ratio already, Himeko, Xueyi, Herta, as some other follow-up options Ruan Mei and Sparkle buff wise so what do I do? I want Topaz because she can trigger ratio's ults follow ups, and give blind bet to aventurine, and she'd work well with elation in SU but Robin is a great buffer for all of them, i just dunno which ones more worth it, or if i even need the s1 at all...
try to get robin first and if ur lucky go for topaz and lc

I feel like they will eventual lying at a DOT harmony that make dots crit. We have follow up crit blessings in SU, and a new break damage in 2.2. It’s only a matter of time.
I have all E0S0 Ratio, Topay and Aventurine... i run Silverwolf with them rn for the deubffs. Could i swap her out for Robin?
Just to clarify, by saying S0 you mean you do NOT run their own LC's yeah? Cus if you do the LC starts as S1. But if you don't have either Topaz E1 to add a debuff or aren't getting Aventurine E2 to add a debuff, you're better off with SWolf. You'll have a low chances of getting Dr. Ratio follow up's as you're not applying any debuffs aside from Numby selection and break debuff's. Meaning you wouldn't be gaining maximum effect from Robin buffing said follow up attacks and her gaining extra energy every time others attack. Robin wouldn't be useless, she's still buffing damage for Topaz/Aventurine follow up's, but Ruan Mei would be better if you were gonna change SWolf with a harmony as she applies debuff's to the enemy or even Hanya with her Burden debuff that gets you SP back. Another team you could run if you have the pieces if you'd like to run/roll for Robin that will be as good as the team from the video or at the very least close that doesn't have dependence on debuff's and is more e0 friendly is Clara/Aventurine/Topaz/Robin. Still has plenty of follow up, Aventurine doesn't interfere with Clara aggro tanking in any way and even adds a larger element of AoE dmg.

I tried using Silver Wolf for floor 12 was able to get the first half done with 5 turns. It still wasn't enough turn to clear 2nd half within 20 turns 😭. But my archeron is slow asf, even with spd boot she's sitting at like 125 spd. Robin looks cute but the question is do I need her?
Would you try running her with a DoT comp (Kafka + BS) and compare her with RM?

Rm is break specialist with general buffing capabilities, the only reason she is called bis in dot is there isn't anyone else specialising in buffing it. Heck Robin is almost equal to rm in dot and her speciality is fua.@@aleksandar2046
I don't have a single harmony unit. lol. i quit the game for a while and i had to skip sparkle for aventurine so i really want robin. i hope she also synergizes with sunday later on ( im a sunday believer ok )

Mei's rerun probably might get delayed. So better to pick up robin considering u only have bronya.

@@bigsenpainate6762 Hoyoverse has a thing with delaying OP characters reruns. As seen with Kazuha from genshin. Where his rerun was around 1 year later after his release.
If you plan on going fua teams, then go for Robin. If not then Bronya/Tingyun Hypercarry is still a solid comp. Other than hypercarry, DoT is a very good second team and Acheron is another strong team, IF you have the characters.
Would you advise pulling Topaz over Robin for a FUA enabler and waiting for Robin's re-run since that should happen before Topaz's second rerun?
Who else do you have on your account and if you pull Topaz are you also getting her S1?

I'd love to see a test of this team with Clara instead of Ratio, meaning less dependence on debuff's. And I say that with a E2S1 Topaz and E2S1 Aventurine so I got debuff's for days, But yeah people really forget that Clara exists still as a high volume follow up dps. I think, particularly against phys weak enemies with all of Robins additional Phys damage that she's putting in as well that team could clap. It's also better suited for an AoE encounter as well. Maybe if you were to test that team on MoC and PF?
What i dont think people are noticing is that adventurines ult making the enemies take more crit damage increases robins damage despite it being a fixed amount because its not buffing her directly. Not sure if people noticed this but its really cool and has some interesting concepts that can come out to make her damage absolutely insane.
What's a better upgrade? Topaz e1 or Robin? (my ratio is E0S1, no Aventurine)
Robin. Pick up E1 after Robin if you can, but it's not a stress to have it. You already have E0S1 Topaz which completes her kit as it is.

Personally, I'd say S1 Topaz + Robin. You don't need E1, as you can see from this video here. All units are E0S1 and nearly 0c'd. If you can snipe E1 though, then that's a major plus, but snag S1 -> Robin; first.

Kinda. They give us resources to go get the stuff or synthesize, but it's still RNG at the end of the day.
Iyo, as a ruan mei salesman, do you recommend her even if i have ruan mei ?
If you plan or want to go fua teams, then go for her. If not and you’re satisfied with DoT, Hypercarry, or Acheron teams, then you can skip her. Robin isn’t that great outside of fua teams, and will underperform compared to Ruan Mei.

@@bragcertified She has the second highest costing ultimate in the game, sitting at 160 ult cost. Which means that she needs either a lot of ally attacks to get energy (hence fua teams), or her light cone for more energy to have consistent up time on her ultimate. She is still a strong support outside of fua teams, and a team wide buffer like Ruan Mei, but if you already have Ruan Mei and don’t plan on going fua teams ever, then it’s better to skip if you are trying to save. Ruan Mei also gives weakness break efficiency, and in a game like Star Rail, it is very nice to have over just a dmg boost and some additional dmg. That’s why I said Robin underperforms compared to Ruan Mei, but I will add that it is not a gigantic difference.

I actually managed 161 speed Topaz It’s one of the easiest characters to reach that break point because she has a whopping 110 base speed Right now is probably not optimal, but with Robin? Maybe 161 Topaz will be meta

an extra turn for all the other members whenever robin pops her ult is quite strong and universal. even without topaz you could go hypercarry ratio like adding a tingyun or a debuffer (pela, sw) for a less rng e proc from dr ratio
Ima keep it a buck, this plays like ass compared to just putting Sparkle on the team if you really want to be advanced forward. Single DPS + Robin so far from testing, is a complete waste of her kit. We have 2 dedicated Hyper carry Harmony units for that already. No reason to force Robin into one of their positions. To answer Akila's question, I think Topaz is a major positive to pulling for Robin or not, but she's not mandatory. She works on a couple other comps, but that FUA stuff is 100% her BiS-anything.

Finally someone that gets my logic Mei still remains universal.... She's more or less a jack of all trades master of none unless she's put in a dot/breaker comp. Outside that there are better alternatives Sparkle for hyper carry Robin for FUA these women can fulfill their roles perfectly without wasting any buffs But then u have people saying "oh Robin is universal blah blah" she ain't Me saying that doesn't mean she's bad I'm just saying all the buffs Mei provides can be used by practically everyone compared to Robin And like iyo said the games meta is now perfectly balanced so play whichever team comp you like and pick the harmony character that will skyrocket that team comps value

I think you could have 0 cycle if you had used Aventurine's skill straight into ult instead of using basic, since his ult does a lot of break damage and potentially trigger his own FUA again, and then Ratio would be able to do full damage on the dino since it's broken and the MOC buff would kill them off.

I already have that team ready accept for Topaz, as long as I end up getting Robin, but instead of running Topaz I don't know who to put in slot, I'm thinking Welt because I'm running Aventurine with Penacony
If you have SW, she's the next best option, since you'll be giving debuffs for Ratio

Honestly, wanna test the waters with robin in a hyper carry team (acheron, see if i can sub mei/sparkle with her instead) , dual dps, and/or with the power puff girls (sparkle/bronya/ruanmei, dps). Got no dedicated fua characters except himeko/herta so personally id value robin's atk scaling buffs and ult.
"Robin, Ruan Mei and Sparkle are all part of the cake." Meanwhile, Topaz has all the cake.
Well I skipped Ryan Mei and I regret that so maybe I should go for Robin.

Btw ur aventurine has way too much crit rate. With his passive, ur gonna go up to 113% crit rate. I think the 26% crit damage u couldve gotten from getting crit damage instead couldve been enough to get u to a 0 cycle?

Yeah I have literally every harmony character (all 4 🌟 except Yukong are e6 and bornya is e1s1) And now imma just go for dps for a bit/while Sadly I do wanna get robin but I don't have topaz or Aventurine (since I lost my 50/50 on Aventurine) And I wanna get both firefly and jade But ill definitely get both Aventurine and robin on rerun
Yeah I made a point of saving for the Harmony characters. Problem is having enough options around them. Not thrilled about either skipping one or having to also pull more FUA for her... but Harmony is the best part of the game. Best designs, always OP. The binding of F2Ps.

I don't have FUA team characters and have Sparkle/Ruan Mei/Bronya E1. I use team around Acheron E2/Jingliu E2 as my main Dps as Team1/2.. Is she still a must pull meta wise?
You have sparkle and bronya for your 2 hypercarry dps… you don’t even need Ruan Mei there tbh
@@senioralexander6681 hmm, Im running Jingliu/Bronya/HuoHuo/Ruan Mei on team 2 tho...
Eh, the LC has replacements. Remember, you don't keep the 15% ERR in ult mode, and it doesn't start out at 15% either. Bronya's LC 10% being active at all times, including in ult is likely going to end up regening more total energy. Also, you weren't using a 5% ERR planar set. There is also the BP S5 Harmony LC which can give out 12% ERR in an RNG fashion as an alternative which with good timing, can also suffice. I'm thinking about Robin in like a Robin, Sparkle, Bronya comp for instant, or a Robin, Sparkle, Tingyun comp, or the like. Even perhaps a Kafka, Swan, Acheron, Robin comp. The thing is though, due to how Robin works, if you don't run a FUA team, you kind of still are pigeonholed to using three turn high speed setups on your supports due to needing to do a lot of actions to build up energy for Robin. There's a lot of moving parts to consider to get things to work flawlessly, but it should be possible with all the pieces in place.
So what im seeing here is that to build her like the stars have aligned?
@@HSRFirefly I'm not sure what you mean. Yes, for advancement based comps, you build them around speed breakpoints, sometimes just for turn counts, other times for going before or after enemies depending on the goal. This has been the case for all other harmonies to date more or less. Tingyun for her 3 turn rotations, Asta for her 3 turn rotations, Bronya regardless of your rotation. Likewise for Sparkle. Yukong always had careful speed tuning planning in mind. Even Hanya has careful speed tuning considerations if you want to enable 3 turn cycles with her. Min maxing your rotations has always heavily involved speed and advancement manipulations since the pay off is very impactful. It's going to be no different for Robin. It's just a part of the game really for anyone looking to push their efficiency to a greater level to achieve more optimized clear times.

Saying 'you have to build her like the stars have aligned' suggests that it's unrealistic or especially tedious relative to other characters or the like. My reply counters this notion completely. That was the point of what I said.

Personally I want to play Fua and I have aventurine and ratio so since I have Ruan mei I'll go for topaz e0s1 now
Dr ratio works with pela or sw too. Heck, even Gallagher works as well for sustain/debuff. Topaz requires e1 or s1 or both to work with ratio so I wouldn't recommend it.
I'd say Topaz first since she's the FUA enabler. IPC works without Robin. Robin *can* work without FUAs, but then you have to look at the rest of the units on your account.
The reason I like Robin more is because she can be the hyper carry in a team with Ruan Mei, Huo Huo and pela/tingyun. I think a lot of people are forgetting that she is basically a sub DPS.

@@Iyoverse not sure about her E0. But i have seen videos all around KZhead E1S1 Robin clearing MoC with the team mentioned above. This was even after her E1 was changed.

You don't have any real powerhouses for Robin to take advantage of Robin + you already have Mei. Easy skip.
