Freser the cow was rescued by Santuario Gaia in Spain just before being killed. After everything she's been through, she finally had a chance to be happy and raise her baby in peace. You won't believe what happened next.

  • It is IMPORTANT to encourage or even force cow to stand up immediately after delivery. Have her stand at least an hour before letting her sit down. Maybe this was the issue. It is sad and we all have a story to tell.

  • There are just too much of emotions. I am proud to say, cows have better chances to survive in India where it used to consider as symbol of wealth. In agricultural times, one doesn't have to kill cows to become wealthy but to keep the cows for life. That's why it is still banned in many of states, even today

  • Last Sunday I took my family ( 5 adults + 2 children ) to a farm restaurant for Sunday lunch . The farm breeds Charollaise cattle and Herdwick sheep . The meal was excellent , a choice of Charollaise beef or Herdwick lamb , reared on the farm .

  • I don't understand when Lord Jesus is "love n compassion incarnate" why the so called christian countries are so cruel n heartless towards animals especially towards those who are raised for food, this concept itself is fundamentally so cruel and inhuman,when we have so many vegetarian options available today.
