To all the young people in the audience I wish you realize he gave you a beautiful gift that will stay with you the rest of your life! I have no doubts that Obama would be vastly improved if, he was able to use what he experienced and learned from his time in office, that's not always possible. However it's Biden who has the edge since he's a good man to his core, and he already knows about the limitations placed upon Presidents by the system. He isn't a great Orator like Obama, but listen to the words, none are avoided because of his to his lifelong battle against stuttering and the nervousness that goes with it. It is the the very presence of this that allows us to admire him, and there is his life dedicated to public service. This other very human life has been marked by tragedies on such a deeply personal level that I cannot even imagine how he ever got out of bed again. The American people should read about those tragedies and how he got through those, and might believe better in his ability to understand their lives. and what he has overcome .

I just”found”this and I too was amazed at how close he described Jan. 6th., 2021. His description of who Trump’s supporters are is also so true. Unfortunately, that force has only grown since 2016. And now the Republican Party has fractured over that force.

In the early Eighties, I was watching the show, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous and they were doing a piece on Donald Trump. I remember telling my girlfriend, “There’s something not right about this guy. I don’t believe he has the money he claims. He seems shifty.” To this day, he has done nothing to change my mind.

I read the other book the Tiny Schwartz wrote, “What Really Matters” after my husband died of cancer at 48 years old, when I was seeking some way to keep going. That was probably 2003 or 2004, and it really helped, although I can’t explain why. Then I read the article Schwartz wrote before the election (mentioned here) and couldn’t believe this was the same author; I’m certainly glad he saw how the outcome helped create this monstrosity who very well may bring down democracy. I also watched this video when it first came out. Unfortunately, the introspection of 1 man can’t do much. We need the introspection of the Republican Party, and we need public servants who want to serve the public, not gerrymander and lie to stay in office.

Biden has empowered the FBI and DOJ to raid the homes of political opponents with swat teams in the middle of the night, much like the KGB. This was never seen before in the USA. Biden has imprisoned trespassers into the WH under Draconian conditions for a year and half without charges being placed or trial date set. Then there is the climate change fraud which you who are reading this now need to educate yourself beyond the propaganda put out by the gov't. The earth temps has always fluctuated and severe weather events are no more frequent now and no more severe than they were before the industrial Revolution. Carbon has little or no effect on weather.
