I think what's tough in this situation and hard to believe into is he wasn't there on 10/7. I bet more than anything he would be dead if he was in that Kibbutz. This is the most powerful testimony I've seen in a long time: A holocaust survivor speaks movingly and authoritively about why he is supporting the students who are protesting. He is calm and articulate as he talks about the crucial distinction between opposition to Israel and antisemitism (something that may soon be lost in US law). He also emphasises the great harm done by people who deny or ignore genocide anywhere. and how they will find themselves on the wrong side of history. And yes, he clearly accuses Israel of genocide. I bow to his experience and judgement and hope others will too.
