Smith after that return : NO RUN!
😂
Its the best comment i found here😂😂😂
I could literally imagine him saying it the way he does 😂🤣
@@AbhishekGupta-bf9jd lol
Yaaaaaaaas!
Obviously the cricketer who’s encountered 100km+ bowls
Facing a cricket ball and a tennis ball are completely different. Steve Smith has some tennis experience and that is why he was able to return novaks serve
tennis balls go 220kph+ lol, djokovic served slow, still it was a great return for a player with little or no tennis expirience like Steve...he could continue a rally whoch means he did know some tennis bht serving a serve is like playing a ball in cricket hahaa
140+
@@hasanjamalkhan689 220+ but the distance is also more than in of cricket, more over low bounce, he knows at what angle he needs to keep his racket and at what power he needs to strike so it fall on the other side.
Try 140kpm at half the distance of a tennis court
Smith to Djkovic: I practice in the nets with Mitch Starc mate!!
Haha, thanks M8
ayaund cumminsy (i tried to write it in an aussie accent)
Smith was also ready for the next return

Steve Smith has faced cricket balls at speeds of 100 miles per hour.
100 miles ,are you keeping kidding ,only handful of bowler bowled at 160miles and Steve Smith faced one of them
@@Nithish-tr8hl160 miles nahi 160 kmph aur wo bhi sirf 5 bowlers ne feki hai aur Smith ne kheli bhi nahi hai
Net practice pe bhut log phekdete hai Bhai upar se michtel starc bhi hai @@saif_77.
Whats your point?? Fact is, Steve Smith faced many 100 mile balls from Brett Lee and Shaun Tait in the nets during training. @@Nithish-tr8hl
@@Nithish-tr8hl via bowling machine. They all practice.
We should not forgot that this man dance infront of 150+ delivery
With a hardball too!
😂😂😂😂
Now, Djokovic should face Pat Cummins. Then we'll be even.
Actually shoaib akhtar😂😂
@@uservk45I doubt that he could bowl over 110 kmph in this age.
Indian Spinners (arshdeep ,avesh , Prasidh, Mukesh) are enough for him
That wasn't the best Djokovic serve, if he would have served seriously, Smith wouldn't be able to return it.
Nah he has to face starc😂
Smith be like :- "No run"😂😂
Copied
That is a fast second serve from nole 160-170 kph . Smudge has that very elite hand eye coordination and one of the best defenses in cricket
Surprised he didn’t leave and shout “no run “
😂😂😂@@AAAAAA-gj2di
😂@@AAAAAA-gj2di
Honestly it’s not a fast serve and it was hit right in his sweet spot. Still cool he hit it.
@@xxpinghead7xx Yeah we know that was a 170kph fast second serve but Smith just randomly returned it. He wasn’t prepared properly, with some practice, he can return 200kph serves given how thick tennis rackets are compared to cricket bats in terms of width
Novak Djokovic was surprised for return served by Smith 🔥
Oh you're a genius! How did you figure that out?
No shit genius !
No shit bro 😂
Really??
Oh really? We couldn’t make it up from his facial expression. Thanks anyway
I absolutely could return his serve! Even hit a winner off of it! Then I woke up!! 😂😂
@@sturmi4405did you read the comment?
Me not even in my dreams bruh
Nah, I can't even imagine returning his serve
Steve's smile is just so cute... It tells everything❤

Smith after the return : Cricket se hu ben stokes. 🏏😈
😂
Smithy 🔥🇦🇺
Smith after that : no point 😂😂
😂😂😂😂 broooo hahaha
Smith showing class and skill of straight drive....❤❤
Smith was ready to take a run 💀
Smith be like: "A spinner will bowl us with this pace"😂😂
Do you have an idea how fast tennis serves actually are Djokovic didn't even served at his full pace
Do you know how fast a cricket ball comes😂😂. A hard ball coming to you with a speed of 150 kph is easy?
Tennis serves are usually 200km/h for men... the fastest being 263km/h. Obviously Smithy is used to receiving fast balls, has good hand eye coordination and has probably played some casual tennis. Two different sports and one isn't necessarily harder than the other. Tennis serves are faster, cricket bats are more narrow.
Smith had some good foot movement and played it with a soft hand
Steve Smith is a great batsmen of this era 🎉
This is a great idea to do with ither top sport players. Great healthy entertainment. Thanks AO! You guys rock!!
I sometimes think that the Aus open has a subscription of Djokovic 😂😂😂😂
Game recognize game😮
Smith be like- abe rabd ki ball se daraega mujhe mai pattar ki ball se khelta hu 🤣
Smudge is a genius ❤
Вообще молодец Новак Джокович, развлекает всегда всех! Здоровье Вам! Казахстан Караганда
cricketers are so underrated. they play with a ball, that could potentially kill you at 150 kph and every international team these days have a bowler that bowls 145 to 150 kph regularly. Also the cricket pitch is very short compared to tennis court, ball is heavy and the speed at release is very close to the speed at which batsman faces it. Stevie knew it in his heart, probably, that he could face the serve gracefully.
Steve needs to teach Novak the sand paper trick
Then Smith says - "No run" (if u have seen the video)
That’s pretty cool. I hope the general public know hit the serve perfectly to all the people and without pace and spin so they had a chance to return. In a real match, they wouldn’t even get a racket on his second serve. I don’t think they would even get a racket in my 2nd serve and I am 50 years old former D1 college player.
Nice story bro
Get Serena or Alcaraz to return his serve see how easy they would do it.😅
bro even nordivek can't face bowling in cricket even if we give him a plain normal bounce ball why are you comparing him to people who don't know t nnis
@@pauljohnson6019Why did u mention Serena 😂
She has the best return of serve in the women's game.@@ailtommoto1226
Aww Smith wanted to play more...😂
Glad to see Smith smiling and laughing in these videos with Novak. The poor guy went through a lot in recent years. He deserves good. Love from India.
That's a Steve Smith defence 🗿
Lots of Love for Smith ❤❤❤
Thats him.. The GOAT of Test Cricket ❤️💯.
Cricket and cricketers always rocks❤❤
Novak smile. Awesome
Now djokoviks turn to face a fast swinging bowl at 150kmph with uneven bouncing pitch without safety gears😂😂
Nahh bro!! Smith really wanted a full match 😂
Smudge eats archer for breakfast. Then what is this tennis ball to him😂
Respect novak he pittied Smith that's why he served easy or else he would have aced him

Lol actually Tennis ball speed is more than a cricket ball 😂
@@ythandle650so does the area of racket. Also playing tennis ball is easy compared to leather ball.

I could do it. I play tennis and i returned in my life some of really strong serve
Obviously the Aussie was gonna atleast return it. They are damn good at a lot of sports. Barty was a cricketer too.

Steve Smith
oh my god the cricketer who faced ball at the speeds of 150kmh returned it SHOCKING
Steve has the best hand-to-eye coordination in cricket today, so it doesn’t surprise me his skills could translate well in tennis if worked on it.

Western people are getting very creep this days.

Smith can handle these balls without any foot movement...He is the magician
Steve smith : It's my routine to face 135-140 KMPH speed on a daily basis😂😅

That guy hits a 140kmph leather ball to 70-90m distances, it's a peace of cake.
I just discovered Open Tennis recently and why is it so fun to watch?

the fact that he did a split jump and then returned says a lot. he definitely played tennis in his childhood
That is the power of cricket 🏏

He is the world no 1 batsman.
Fun fact, Smith was actually a really good tennis player as a kid, his dad if I recall correctly was very into tennis but as he got older one guy always beat him and he turned to cricket instead… been a long time since I read his autobiography so I could be somewhat mistaken about some of that.
Smith is that kinda class in his own game
Smudge Just Loves playing Mind Games....❤
Dude has faced the likes of Archer and Rabada, it's a cake for him to deal with this.
Not only did Smith return the serve, but his footwork made it look so easy and elegant even though it was not.
