What you fail to realize is this is actually how diplomacy is meant to work.
So we are threatening Iran for helping Hamas, but we ignore Qatar doing the same thing.

They have one of the few US military bases (Al Udeid Air Base is one of two US bases) able to handle the super large jets and planes in the region. C-5M Galaxy, C-17 Globemaster, the Stratotankers, etc. It's also the forward operating base for CENTCOM... so, yeah, we have to hold our noses and look the other way on a lot of things. Qatar also give money to Hamas, but then they turn around and give Intelligence about Hamas and Iran to the CIA and US Military Intelligence. The entanglements are pretty messy.

Both failed, and they were told to stay as refugees until Israel can be wiped out and they can lay claim on the whole land as theirs alone..that is why the Palestinians are treated as refugees even in those arab countries and never granted citizenship. They who stayed also treated as refugees, but there are also arabs who refuse to leave their homes during war decides to be part of Israel.

I don’t think they necessarily have a “their people”. They play the same game as Switzerland; mediate, negotiate, get fucking rich, have a cosmopolitan country that impresses 1st world visitors. They want peace, the hostages to be released, Bibi out of power, Hamas to be replaced with a moderate power, etc. whatever makes them look like the good guy.

I have heard in multiple times that Qatar is the main benefactor of Hamas. That is no surprise. What IS surprising is that ISRAEL has also been funding the foundations of Hamas, perhaps to the present still, and it was not mentioned here. The difference is that instead of everyone bying a fancy car and live stupid rich lifestyles, everyone live average middlelass lifestyles and have lots of savings for the futre and moe economic purchasing power. In western democracies, the diplomatic arrangements made with one president, usually, carries over to the next, administration. So, maybe a different guy, but the same policies regarding what ever individual country. Plus democratic, countries' Congress, and Senate, and various other entities all come to a consensus regarding foreign policy. It's not all up to one guy, how we deal with other countries. Democracies can be tedious, and frustrating, but they work way better than some monarchy, or autocracy. All the people have a say. It's as close to fair as this planet gets. How sturdy would Qatars monarchy be, if they weren't sitting on a river of oil. They would be like Syria, and Lebenon, and would probably be relevant in another way. It's hard to be humble when your filthy, rotten rich. That's why they feel so superior to everyone else. They got lucky that the crappy patch of desert that they landed on just happened to have a butload of oil.
