    • Where's your sense of adventure? If there's no risk of something going catastrophicly wrong then where's the fun? But in all seriousness if baking make sure you have a fire extinguisher, and if you deep fry be prepared to extinguish a fire withOUT water.

  • This is how we do it in most Australia. More a pizza on a chicken than a pasta dish (but not spherical, and merely pan fried). Plus ham. It's glorious with ham.

  • In northern England we have a similar, much beloved takeaway dish called the Parmo. Pounded and breaded chicken topped with a bechemel and cheese, served with chips (chip shop chips preferred) and garlic sauce. Some get chilli sauce but we don't listen to those people

    • The tradiitional smoogy delight known as a Parmo does not use a tomato sauce. This is something many places get wrong. It traditionally has the fried chicken, with a Béchamel sauce on it, and topped with cheese.

    • @@cruachan1191 Yes, Little Caesar's is a major US-based pizza chain. Their "Meatzza" has nothing whatsoever to do with what you described. It's just a pizza with extra meat.

  • This reminds me of something from my previous hometown. This sushi restaurant has a sushi roll where instead of it being wrapped in seaweed, it was breaded fried chicken like this. (Sushi Madre in Laredo TX, The "La Loca Roll")

  • Here in Argentina we have the "pizzanesa", a popular dish in a restaurant called "La Farola". It is basically a round chicken "milanesa" seasoned like a pizza. It can also be made of meat.

  • Carnivore pizza crust is basically this just with pork rinds and grated parm as the breading instead of flour and bread crumbs. Welcome (sorta) to our side of things. It's the best place to be. :)

  • I only have 2 issues with this. first is ground chicken, it just doesn't work for this type of application it would be a lot better if you made it with actual pieces. In addition I think ham and pineapple on top is missing :P
