Happy New year. From minnesota.
I'll try them all. I'm going to start with the shoulder roll. I'm a distance runner and several times a year I stub a foot on cracks or rocks. This sends me into short a Superman flight. Hopefully doing shoulder rolls will result in more graceful impacts. Thank you guys!
Yes sir 😉

For those that wish to save the list for themselves: (please still watch the full video, they have incredibly useful explanations) 1. The Cartwheel 2. Hanging 3. Shoulder Roll 4. Palms to Floor with Knees Straight 5. Skin the Cat 6. Hanstand 7. The Muscle Up 8. Bridge Rotation 9. 2 Times Bodyweight Deadlift 10. Mocaco
Those are some fun goals Amy enjoy yourself!
I'm 76, was a gymnast second 10 yrs of my life, life long surfer, Ashtanga series 1&2 yogi for 25 years plus body weight exercises like you guys...still workout almost everyday can do body rolls but I do them very carefully! Healthy plant based diet, exercise and a sport/surfing keeps me young!...I'm on NO medication, never have been! I eat to live, not live to eat! Live in Love!
I DIE TO LIVE NOT LIVE TO DIE.
Man I used to be able to do all this stuff well into my 20s. I danced and did gymnastics as a kid. I had a rollover car accident when I was 34. At the time I was running 1/2 marathons. My neck and back have never been the same and at 47 I’m probably the most sedentary I’ve ever been and I’m feeling all that stuff catching up to me. Thank you, Gentlemen, for reminding me of what those movements and postures feel like. You make me wanna find that person again. ❤
Wait… there are two of them?
You guys have changed my whole way of thinking about my body and fitness! My goals for 2023 are to dive deeper into what my body is capable of. Handstands, muscle ups, bridge rotations, and deadlifts are at the top of my list! Doing MSN and having Trevor coach me has been so rewarding in my journey these past 3 months. I can't wait to see what is in store for me for this new year! You guys ROCK!!!
You two sitting and talking on camera together is a great format. It would be cool to see more of this.
Whoof! You guys are ANIMALS! It is SO inspiring to watch the fluency and integrity of your movement abilities! Thank you so much for your encouragement... I could not do a single one of these (for the time being)... especially due to not being able to bear weight on my bent wrists, and grip. ... um... and shoulders... and back. HOWEVER... I am working with your daily stretching routine and already feel improvements! SO grateful! Thanks for the inspiration and guidance! Keep 'em comin', please!
I love your stuff. 53 year old obstacle course racer, and kickboxer. Gonna put the one on this list I can't do on my own list of goals for 2023. Bridge rotations, here I come!!
I would suggest that whenever you go deeper into a stretch, breath out.Try to relax muscels during the stretch and breath out again. This will definitaly help you with your progress. Have great New Year everyone🌟
Thanks for being honest, it’s very important to be honest in any journey u undertake
Thank you so much for the inspiration and the nice energy! It’s like a journey towards rediscovering an ancient land, our own bodies. Keep up the good work!
Appreciate all that you do! Thanks so much for these vids and info! I’ve been following for a while. I incorporate the moves in my practices after the videos and share them with others. You guys are great!!
You guys are always AMAZING!! Thank you so much for teaching us those awesome moves!! I should start to keep working on those again! I kind lost them but hope can find them back soon in this year! Thank you both so much !!!
Thanks guys. As usual, pure goodness. I'm proud to say that after a while following your advice of daily stretching, I can touch my toes both sitting and standing with relative ease. Took a while but after daily practice, it's not too bad. Happy new year!
Love your work guys and the happiest of NY's to you both
You guys are awesome. Wish I could come train with you guys for a few days in Cali.
Thank you for your encouraging and inspiring videos. Presumably most, if not all, of these 10 movements need a warm up first
Love and appreciate you gents.. the most “down to earth” (entendre intended) tips and ways to stay connected to self 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼👑👑❤️❤️
Happy New Years🎉! And thank you for all the wonderful content.
Happy New Year to you both!! Keep up the videos!! We always love to see what movements you come up with. Then we go outside and try them. Broke my finger back in May and now I can finally move it enough to do cartwheels again!! I have also started to re-try the hang. It still is hard to hold the bar but I'm getting there! Thanks for the inspiration.
These are all amazing. I made one of my goals this year to do the splits and a handstand. I’ll definitely be playing around some of these additional moves as well. Excellent video thanks for sharing!!
You guys keep growing and improving year by year. Looking forward to another year of movement, exploring new movement types and of course watching all of your great content in the coming year! Greetings from the Netherlands!
Thanks man!
Having a swolen foot for 5 weeks now, I am a little down. But seeing your Video I am looking forward for New movement in the New Year! Hope the best for All of you and move on !!
You two are so cute God bless you...I'm sixty 61. I did ape jumps yesterday all over my office lol...going to perfect a primal flow this month...so cool to do. Thank you so much. Such a great vibe from ur vids which is a refreshing change on youtube...love a good dead lift!
Super dope as always! Thanks fellas! 🙏🏾
Great list ! And by the way I did like and enjoy the different rolls video 🤣, I'm definitely gonna try get some from the list ! Have a great 2023 and keep the good stuff coming!!
This is neat! Lots of new neural pathways forming from learning to move in new ways like this. That's a nice bonus benefit.
super excellent content 🤙 love the chill camaraderie & moves. I am rehabbing my body from a chronic complete body shutdown, and I find your movements very stabilizing , modifiable, and therapeutic to my body. cheers 🥂
Thanks!
@@Strengthside thank *you* 🙃
Awesome, I'll add almost all of these to my list. I definitely want to work on flexibility and mobility as well as strength. And these look like fun ways to train at mobility without feeling like I am not working up to anything.
I really appreciated this video. Work towards the Fear component and build up the courage. Learning how to deal with Fear on a regular basis is so Good. Learning is so important to being a human being.
So fun to see you guys having fun and I do buy it absolutely, that you really enjoy whatever you do. Thanks for really cool and helpful video!
Super inspired by these 10-putting into my new choreography ~~ dancers love this!!!

Love love love this!!! I decided to quit weights for a little while to get more bendy and learn new skills. Amazing content! Thank you so much guys!❤️
I’m always dreaming of doing cartwheels when I’m out walking on the path. I just always feel the urge. They’re easy to do in a pool, but it’s time to up my game. Thanks for so much inspiration!
I love how this video introduces a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups along with strength and mobility. It's a fantastic way to keep your workouts fresh and engaging. Can't wait to incorporate these movements! Thanks for the awesome ideas and clear demonstrations.
Love your videos ! Haven't done rolling since karate days... Trying this at the gym tonight 🙌
Amazingly breaking down and make them uncomplicated and practical
Happy New Years! Great List indeed!
Can't wait to attempt some of these and monitor.
Always great an inspirational content! I'm already working g on some of these (pretty close to having my palms on the floor!), I should definitely work on the bridge thing. Thanks and have a wonderful year!
Best video I've ever seen, I carry your message to everyday life and work, I can't wait to start doing cartwheels.
Great selection of exercices 👍 To start 2023 💪 with love from France ♥️
This is a great video. Thank you for the tips. I see how i can definitely do most of these as long as I put the work and dedication into it. 😊
That's right :)
Thanks for the Help and Support with the Fitness and Mobility. Really Appreciated.. Happy NYE for both, Greetings guys
I really love these ideas✨ as someone who’s moving out of fairly conventional movements these are super awesome to work towards. Currently I use my university gym and it’s pretty much people doing cardio and using lifting equipment. the funniest thing is when I do functional movements in the gym and people go “😧😳👀 this is very out the ordinary”
It’s crazy how easy these guys make these movements look
I always love when Josh says he's not the most flexible guy around, then does something that would make a willow branch look like a steel lintel by comparison. 😂
Love you guys thanks heaps. I ref a lot of your vids so thanks again 🙏
Great video guys! Nicely done, enjoyable to watch. Thanks. 🙂👍
I started stretching according to you and thanks to your techniques 90% of my back pain is gone, I still can't touch the ground with my palms but my fingers already, it's great and completely the opposite way of stretching than the company says, thanks guys
Really great stuff. I like how you all are jacked and completely mobile. That’s my goal.
thanksss yall!! sweet vid.
A very good and well-rounded list. I learned the first eight of these starting in my teens and now in my sixties can still do all of them. 9. and 10. will be the ones to tackle this year. Thanks for the inspiration and your general outlook on fitness and life
Were you able to do 9 and 10 accomplished?
A very, very nice compilation of moves! Thank you for the ideas
Great stuff 🤙🏻
I was surprised that the Role video was not that popular… I loved it :D
Thanks :) appreciate you
Loving the video fellas 😊 🙏 Have an awesome and challenging new 2023 Whole body flexibility is on my list

Thank you guysss!!
THANK YOU!!!
Much respect guys
Greetings from Tunisia with love 🇹🇳❤️
Great exercises, great moves. Just found you. A year ago at 59, I decided to do the 200 hours Yoga Teachers Training and now I want to take on more exercises that will afford me more flexibility and strength. Balance is also very important as we grow older, do you have any videos on balancing exercises? Would appreciate some pointers. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
I have just discovered these blokes. Super impressive. Although I was suprised they dont live in a cage. Because they are absolute animals. Thank you for the tips and keeping the bar set high. Salute
perfect handstands!
Great videos. You guys are great speakers as well.
woow so satisfying watching u guys move so effortless. Goals 🙌
Great overview! Thank you!
Love this list as I am approaching fitness with excitement to learn new skills or relearn what I was able to do as sa child. 😊
ha, that was a good one! thanks guys, for the presentation and inspiration
I like the way you approached the topic and presented it in a way that was supporting inviting and encouraging I will definitely implement some of these things they are definitely beneficial thank you.
Excellent stuff. Happy New Year in advance. 👍🙏🙏🙏
Crazy that I had more stretch than my 19 year old niece. Thanks guys
Thanks a lot for your great tips! Enrico, Water Sport Center manager & instructor close to Venice, Italy
I've watched and enjoyed many of your vids. I'm retired and I'll turn 67 this year. I go to the gym 3-4 x per week, play golf, pickleball and water volleyball almost every day. I consider myself in good shape but have a slap tear on my left shoulder labrum, MCL inflammation left knee, scoliosis in thoracic region of my back, deteriorating disc disease L2-S4, and all those fun aches and pains that go with getting older. I used to hang, but ended up in the ER with severe back pain. My shoulders would be trashed if I tried some of those moves. All that being said, I try to remain strong and flexible. Thanks for ideas on staying fit as I age.
Thank you!
Very inspiring. Happy new year guys 🙂
Hey you were in Austin for the Video very cool. Thank you so much for the content and your dedication to your practice. Peace and Love.
Bridge rotation is my favorite..not that I can do them like when I was younger but I'm interested in getting back into it!
Greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽 happy new year!!!
Great video !!
7 months ago I had a herniated L5-S1 disc for which I had to be hospitalized, since then I have not been able to lift weights and your videos have helped me a lot in rehabilitation. I have done deadlifts and barbell squats all my life, but I think they are not very healthy for the vertebrae, they exert a lot of compression on them. I did both heavy exercises, with impeccable technique, and although my back was very strong, I injured myself, because the vertebral discs dry out and wear out with age even though the muscles are strong. Even to my regret, I don't think I'll do them again, I'll replace them with others, I don't think they're very healthy for our vertebral discs...great canal and great advice, keep it up, congratulations.
awesome guys, thank you!
Inspiración ♥️♥️
Lots of love with respect 🙏
That list, just goes to show how agile, strong, and versatile our bodies can be, if we don't get stuck in dogma, but explore as much as possible. Thanks for this. Happy holidays and all the best for the coming year.
well said!
You two are adorable, positive life forms >:-). Thank you for all the nice and varied videos - you are helping lots of people of all ages.
2:05 - WooHoo! An exercise I can do, thanks. Cartwheel with feet on the ground. I'm doing it today! :)
Your rolling video was cool and inspiring. Iam very thankfull, to have you. As many others you bring in my life new ways of thinnking that resonate with me. through you I become more and more this dude that makes Outside in the this weird moves on the ground.
Inspiring words.
Hey guys. I just recently found yall and am so grateful. You have immense amounts of info online in your videos 🙏💜 Question, I frequently get rib pain, I think it's the intercostals getting overstretched or something. The main thing I am unable to do is hanging. Any suggestions for keeping the intercostals strong so I can start hanging?
Yes Step and Step!!! 👌🏾😊🕺🏽🕺🏽🕺🏽😂💜
