  • In the last 40 minutes I have felt joy, excitement, sadness, guilt, grief, and finally commitment to do whatever I can, however small it might be, in helping to preserve our sea life. Being able to watch these amazing creatures is such a gift, I don't know how we have taken this for granted and turned our heads to the horrors they've gone thru just to live in THEIR HOME for so long. Imagine if some thing stormed into YOUR home and tortured you this way. It's time for ALL OF US to do our small part.

It's just made me realize that this unique year I've fallen in love with cetaceans, went to Arctic to free dive into the cold waters to see its beauty, and was lucky enough to see the minke whales. • No words can be used to describe how amazing this video is. I was reluctant to watch it initially by looking at the length of the video. But with no regrets, this video actually made me glued to it from beginning to the end. Never would I thought that watching a whale documentary can bring tears to my eyes. The great combination of your calm narration tone with the superb background music, not only bring tears of sadness but also tears of joy. Your narration able to make me feel the suffering of the entangled humpback with the human net, the happiness of the humpback (Snowflake) when having a reunion with you, as well as the joyfulness of the group of dolphins greeting your boat like an old friend. I truly agreed with what you mentioned about the dolphins who always steal the show in a whale watching tour. To be honest, they are actually the ones that bring us joy when the whole boat of human not having luck with whale watching. There will always be a pod of dolphins jumping and swimming around the boats in such occassions. I always believe they were actually there to cheer up human for not able to watch a whale. This video is truly amazing but I believe it is not as amazing as what you had encountered with your own eyes in the year 2020. Thank you for sharing such a great video and educate us more about these wonderful sea creatures. You have bring many joy to lots of us here watching the video. • I am at home isolated with covid-19 trying to recover. What a great day for me to be able to see this. I have been very attached to the ocean and water my whole life. I was an ocean lifeguard for over 10 years and have surfed many places around the world, including the Indian Ocean out on a boat Unfortunately I have seen very few whales, and those I have seen have been quite a distance away. I have been in close proximity with dolphins many many times and what a joy they are. This made me want to go out whale watching. After seeing your work, I would like to go out on your boat! This gives me great consolation about our great Creator, God the Father. He created these beautiful creatures for us to enjoy and these interactions are no coincidence. What a great Artist He is! This film has greatly increased the beautiful wonder I have for Him in my heart. The musical score of your film is beautiful and certainly adds to the whole experience that you have provided to us. • I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this. And for knowing that so many people needed this, after going through a traumatic couple of years. Ever since I was a tiny kid and my dad took me on my first whale watch, these gentle sea giants have completely captivated my soul. You're my favorite Instagram account, and I'm so happy I found this documentary you made! Keep up the phenomenal work. 🐳

  • Absolutely cinematic and awe inspiring! Sharing with everyone who needs a breathe of air. If there was one thing I would teeny tiniest wish for, it’s to have audio, especially of the Humpbacks. I wonder if you have been blessed with a name from your friend. Thank you for this, heartfelt accolades and appreciation!

  • I'm watching this in June 2022 having made up my mind to realise my dream of whale watching. I lost my precious younger sister to Covid in 2020. None of my siblings have lived beyond the age of 68 so as I approach my 66th birthday in October it's time hopefully to experience a minuscule of the wonders filmed here. Thank you.

  • I am closer to 90 then 80 years of age. Had trouble with the weed control sprayer. Actually had to give up. Went to You Tube. And...... YOU surprised me and made MY DAY!!! I loved every moment of your above - under and at the boat level - journey. And felt sad seeing that scene of a whale caught in a net, I even wondered if I too was part of the problem, consuming fish caught in the kind of net you filmed. Thanks for giving this old man the PURE enjoyment your video gave me. Bob D
