    • Thats exactly what didn't happen. 1:08 threw the ball in between two receivers, floating it, making the receiver break stride and have to turn around, go back and jump for the ball. It almost got picked off AND the receiver was wide open for a TD if Milroe throws the ball to the route .. He's the same guy he was last year.

    • @@Deep.Purpleare you trolling..? You do realize that had he not thrown it like that… it’s an incomplete pass. He put it where his receiver could make a play. Other times, he would’ve just armed it and tried to force it… like last year… he actually put touch on it this time. You’re just hating at this point.

  • 1:08 has two men open and throws it in between both of them almost getting the ball picked because it's just tossed up in the air - if he hits him in stride by throwing it to the route its a TD. But yearh its an A-day game ... This is the problem with Milroe. Doesn't seem to be a big change in anything except the Defense is not what it used to be. Gonna be the most interesting thing in College football for the first year here in Bama town.

Lol what do you mean? The spring game showed why Ty is light years better if you can't see it then you don't know football.

  • Keep in mind this is a spring game. Other than his first play, no designed QB runs. This is what Jalen does best. It's not fair to overlook that when evaluating him because you're missing his greatest strength. Of course, he can't throw as well as Ty, but can Ty run as well as Jalen?

    @bamabreakdown@bamabreakdown24 күн бұрын
    • So you rather a QB who can run when there a minutes & 30 seconds on the clock.... we have seen this before... only the TRUE QB is gonna be able to work with that. Go back a few years ago to the IB with Bryce... look at that drive & tell me if you have confidence in milroe being able to do that. & in fact Bryce had less time, I'm also pretty positive had no timeouts or one timeout. You can say what you want By Ty is the guy in my eyes. Milroes legs are good, but that's why you build packages for milroe & what he can do. You just said it, no QB runs that's what he does best. But you do realize Ty can run well to right? He's not 4.2-4.3 ( like milroe ) but he's at least 4.5 so he can pick me up some yards if needed scrambling. Ty is more complete then milroe is. That is a pure fact.

      @christopherwoodson7162@christopherwoodson716217 күн бұрын
    • So taking away his greatest strength means he's on dimensional & isn't a true QB? So my observations over the last year or so have been correct.

    • @@JJjjj-ik8sl miracle play. Can he make that throw 10-10? No more then likely not. They also rushed 3 & gave him about 15 seconds to scan the field & make a great throw. It was like they were practicing at that moment. That don't count, Bond made a great ass catch. Bond 95% of the work. Let's not act like it was all Jalen.

  • Looks almost the same. Made a few good throws and still doesn’t look comfortable in the pocket

  • So I watched all of Ty Simpson snaps and all of Jalen Milroe snaps. Its clear they want to establish the run, because there were a lot of handoffs. Jalen did have 3 WR's drop good passes from him. But overall, Ty is a better QB and Jalen is a better athlete. Ty seems to take his time going through his reads while Jalen seems in a rush (Honestly I might be the only one who thinks that).

    @playerschooljackson@playerschooljackson29 күн бұрын
    • Ty definitely doesn't take his time. Ty doesn't have the time or experience on the field as Milroe does, if he did Ty would look way sharper in that aspect. Did he miss some reads? Yes, but he was also moving around in the pocket which shows his footwork. Ty looks way more comfortable & in command of the offense more then Jalen does in my OPINION bc this style of offense fits Ty better. Ty isn't as fast but still do the same things as you can with milroe. But I do like Jalen back there as an athlete there's things can do with him. I'm excited to see it. We saw some in the spring game here. Roll Tide

      @christopherwoodson7162@christopherwoodson716229 күн бұрын
    • They're both QBs and both are athletic, Jalen has more Tds passes, rushing, games, starts, Heisman candidate, when Ty get to half that level than call him an ok QB, but to say he's better than Jalen is not true, Ty will probably be qb2 or 3 but not 1 Jalen is your qb1 in this offense and team.

He was never given a legit chance, He entered that game late in the 2nd quarter, he was splitting reps with Tyler. And then didnt get to see the field after that, thats not giving someone a chance.
