Westcliffe CO's BEST BIRDING! BISHOP CASTLE, WET MOUNTAINS, SANGRE DE CRISTO HIKE 🗻🏰 New 2024 BIRDS!

@dnasbirdingadventures #birding heads to Westcliffe in southern #colorado which is a new place for us. We visit the Wet Mountains, the incredible Bishop Castle, and hike in the Sangre De Cristos for some #birdwatching We found a great reservoir, DeWeese Reservoir, too. We loved the quaint charm of Westcliffe with old buildings, history, restaurants, and an international Dark Sky Community. Their telescope is one of the largest in Colorado with a 14 inch mirror. Plus…THE MOUNTAIN VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!
