Yes, you need a bootable usb stick if the problem is in the Operating System, it's better if you take it to the service center and have it checked, maybe the problem is within the storage.

I purchased ryzen 5 7535hs , rtx 2050, ddr5 16gb. But batter backup is hardly 2 hours at 40%brightness and normal use.. Also keypad gets heated.. What about yours??

why my touchpad doesnt work ?
Maybe it's switched off in lenovo vantage
If you've already switched it on in Lenovo Vantage and it still doesn't work, try to update your touchpad driver via device manager.
Try pressing touchpad button the function row (top row of keyboard) there should be a button with a touchpad with a line over it.
