ALL THE WEIGHT UP FRONT IS A BAD IDEA AT HAULOVER ! | Boats vs Haulover Inlet
Welcome back to another episode where man and machine attempt to do battle with Haulover Inlet!
This episode we are back home at Haulover Inlet. Who will take the win this week between Haulover Inlet and the Boats?
As always guys, if you enjoyed this episode of Boats vs Haulover, make sure to drop an anchor on that subscribe button and give it a thumbs up! We upload videos twice a week on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
Wavy Boats:
• BOATS CROSS THE MOST D...
Drain Plug Mafia:
• Bahamas Bimini Fling 2...
They all navigated the inlet successfully without stuffing and took everything thrown at them. Red top was probably just making the run to show off his skills. All the boats made it out then seeing the deep water decided to turn around and then made it back in without stuffing. None of these boats lost today except for your arbitrary decision that a turn around equals a loss, even though the turn around was done after they successfully navigated the inlet.
No fair. Red top legend won. Maybe he just wanted to come out for a quick peek. He looked like he was sightseeing at first. He was confident the whole time.
They all did fine.
Red Top Legend gets the win for being the only captain out there in business casual
RTL’s always a class act
Oh yeah ! thanks for the laugh
Rules is Rules, but ya gotta give all three crews an E for effort.
Red/Black Top Legend gave us a Win(-) or a Loss(+) . . . He got his practice in in a 19'er . . . hat's off to him.
Your do right this boats verses Haulover not boats verses the Atlantic. The boats may turn around once out of the inlet but they made it through so I would only judge them a fail if they mess up coming back through the inlet
Nobody wearing a life jacket Amazes me. You get overboard in those waves, You'll battle for your life
And probably lose
I love your narrative! lol
Chino man in the whaler just goes out and comes back in… that is his day, lol
I'm really liking the sky cam, hope u keep using it in the future.
Haulover has been training lately and it shows!!
Rules maybe Rules, but being Smart on a day as that one, is a Win in my book.
Red Top is a great captain, checking the seas and turning back. Good captain
Only one wearing a life jacket too
I recognised the RT ledge before you said it ! he's the man
I’m impressed with the drone .
Red Top Legend won!!!
Always enjoy your videos. I have a couple of questions for you, what Make and Type of Drone do you use and what do they cost? Drone video is super.👍
Sea Sick City
RTL was in control the entire time. That was a win, not a loss. Sticking your nose out and pulling it back in is a rational method of skippering a boat when conditions are uncertain. The cigarette driver needs to learn how to cruise the sides of the channel! Much easier, if easier and Haulover may be used in the same sentence. BTW that was a LEFT hook thrown at the cigarette; came over the port bow.
C'mon dude it's time to get back to a 5 round contest. I may be wrong but I think the last 3 videos have been shortened contests. I know it has been blowing a lot lately, maybe you just don't have enough contestants for 5 rounds?
I watch all the different channels that show this location. Where is everyone going?
I'm not so sure that pulling a U-turn should be a loss. Seems like many just do the inlet to do the inlet (like it's an amusement park ride or something) and don't actually have any intention or desire to go outside. They were always going to turnaround so not sure that says anything about who won.
Yea I’ve noticed that in my first few videos. He’s always sayin”oh they lose” when they’re riding in a bay boat. Part of the entire experience of boating is to have fun, so of course plenty of people are gunna rock the inlet for like 5 minutes and turn around cuz they just wanted the experience, not to try to bring a small boat on a formal cruise in massive waves. Splashing the people in the bow is all part of the experience, I bet a good chunk of people do it on purpose to add to the excitement. This page isn’t what It used to be anymore
You are so right this is boats verses Haulover not verses the Atlantic so the boat that goes out ok can only fail coming back through the inlet. Once clear it is a win
I don't think you were fair today. You're the boss tho👋👋👋👍
Not too bad for the captains
No Red Top made a smart decision He takes the WIN!!!!!!!!
#1 was a no brainer... he nailed it and won. I think people just go out and come back through the mouth of Haulover just for the enjoyment of doing it. Changing his mind had nothing to do with it... lose the 'famous Haulover turnaround' as one of your criteria.
👍👍
Always wonder about Red Top, where is he going all the time? And why is always dressed the same? Same jeans and a teal top.
was no reason not to give the Cigarette the win
You can't give a loss on the u turn on a day like today its the right move. You know it .
dem rules mate
Not sure what prompts people to attempt going out on such a day.
Naw...black/red top legend won as did the cobia. Don't you think? Skilled captaining - neither stuffed bows, even with all that weight up front in the cobia. So they did a u-turn.
👀
Your assumption that the Red Top Legend AND the Cobia turned around because of conditions is totally wrong. Have you considered that the inlet's waves and the challenge IS the destination along with getting on camera?
Man some of the decisions here lately have been suspect. Dude makes it out the inlet, doesn’t stuff it, and gets a loss? More like Boats vs Arbitrary Judgment
Why would you take a cigarette out in rough seas like that? smh
I don’t think that making a smart decision and turning around should disqualify people
I've said something similar on several occasions.
Nahhh, at worst, in a 19 ft. boat, the first Captain should have had a draw w/ Haulover, Booo, Boooo
Your scoring is getting so dumb lately 🤣
