    • @Dragon read about kalaripayattu.. mother of martial arts,, a indian king spread it to china but sadly was betrayed by his own students.. major difference is that while kalari uses oild, herbs etc and training to make your body stronger.. kung fu forces your body to work hard,, they will not stop until they see a significant damage to your body,, till then,, even if u have crams,, feel like you are fractured,,, u still have to keep working,

    • @@k-dogg9086 not really that impressive. trust me they don't have more discipline than you. the whole shit is just bullshit because ain't non of them actually struggling to do this shit. they actually like to do it and they don't struggle as hard with keeping their food intake balanced. they don't have more determination or discipline they just ain't as anxious and bored as other people are. i know because i work out trust me it ain't hard and it ain't about no dedication. it's just pure interest. your brain controls you. there is no mind over Mather just people who struggle allot and people who don't struggle much att all and therefore can control themselves as they don't have a brain constantly pushing them away. bravery and dedication is not something you can label a scenario with. it all depends on person to person. a climber climbing a mountain is not brave because they are not afraid. me climbing a mountain is brave because i have a fear of heights. a person who don't like to work out but does it anyway has dedikation but a person who loves to work out is just having fun and enjoying a hobby
