Amazing collab. Man Moog is crazy. Can you imagine him and Sandro together watching these videos???
For the boys!
I’d pay to see Moog and Sandro in one of these videos
They wont, they wont, cummon for the boys cuzziez
Someone make this happen please.
Make this top comment!!!! Awesome idea!
Donut and MCM. be still my heart. please let this collab go on some more
I’ve been watching MCM for over a decade this is… this is pure joy 🥲
yes! agreed
This to thuh max
420th like
This was my introduction to them. Awesome collab expanding my entertainment options at work.
I love Moogs subtle (or not so) correction of how to say Aluminium 😂
technically it was called aluminum before it was renamed to aluminium; it was discovered back when the -inum suffix was used, then the rest of the world started using the new way of -inium
@@CorvusCorone68 I've always called it "aluminum"... ngl, though; "alumininium" always gives me a little chuckle and sounds more "scientific-like"... 🙃
As an Australian, that loves both Donut and MCM, this brings me so much joy ❤
As an American that loves them as well I agree! Does this make us mates then?
As an American who loves MCM, I want to see these guys collab with how ridiculous. 😅
Btw, the third vid that's set up for passenger side driving is a very common mod setup for rural mail carriers who have to drive their own vehicles on their mail routes. Usually old jeeps or other small SUVs.
Google mail carrier conversion kit and you'll find the kit in this video. I'm kinda shocked no one pointed that out in that clip.
Me to I used to drive for USPS and that was a option for me
I came here just to say this.
Just what I was going to say. I used one in a Jeep Liberty when I was delivering mail. Thing is solid AF and isn't sketchy in the least.
Yep, and they get MUCH sketchier than that, I've seen them made out of wood, lol
Such a great idea for a collab, these dudes fit in with the Donut crew like peanut butter goes with jelly
Peanut butter goes with mustard best. Ask anyone.
@@jeffnolan7392You gonna get defenestrated talking like that
Moog and Jery have the same kind of off-the-wall humor, Zach and Marty more "down to earth", it works :D
I LOVE THIS 🎉
Or marmite with pbj!... Hol up 😂
The right hand drive conversion kit is used for postal services in areas that don’t have the need for a fleet of mail trucks. A lot of places have special ordered trucks that come rhd but this is the cheaper option and it works well 4:05
@3:55 is how I deliver mail in the mountains every day. It's cheaper than buying a right side drive & importing it & it makes delivering mail to mountain communities possible since standard mail trucks (LLV's) cannot ever go off pavement... They can barely move on the pavement as it is.
Would really like to see a high-low with Marty and Moog vs Donut…
DUDE HELL YEAH!! This is a great idea they definitely should
Yes!!!
OMG YES PLEASEW!!!!!!
Now that would be cool full nugget dis respected nose edition.
They're Subaru would probably even run
The steering wheel repositioning thing is more common than you think. In rural areas, the postal people have to use their own vehicles to deliver mail so they would do this to be able to put the letters in the mailbox that's always on one side of the road. I repaired a 16 escape with this exact setup.
That would be a legit reason to have that kind of setup. So it's a HIT for me.
came here to say this. its super common to see honda crv set up like this.
Dude trying to align one of the rural mail vehicles with these pulley setups isn’t fun at all 😂 seen a lot of these come thru the shop
The postal lady around my area used to drive a legit RHD Subaru Outback until they got an actual postal car
@asianmanfromasia I think it's all of the foreign cars that have that option because this area had a Subaru outback with rhd, but all of the American car companies were lhd converted to rhd
Adding Australian guests to the show always makes things better! Go Mighty Car Mods! 🙂
I love how they made custom shirts with the donut logo flipped upside down. Leaning into being down under 😂
The guy in the truck with the lifted rear is a genius. He won't have to make fuel stops anymore, because he's forever going down hill👌👌👌👌👌
The mod at 3:50 is used in rural areas to modify vehicles for mail delivery in the US. Smaller post offices can't always maintain their own fleet of USPS vehicles, so they hire locals who are willing to use their own vehicles. To streamline the delivery process, the drivers use that mod so they can reach the mailbox without getting out of the car. You do lose the airbag, but it's still safe for the low speeds involved in delivery.
It’s basically that or see if there’s an cheap Japanese/Australian import for sale. Thinking about it now, a mail kei van wouldn be pretty cute.
Thanks, lol I was actually about to post this exact same thing lol 😂😆
For the same reason the German Post Office ("Bundespost") used VW Beetles with right hand steering in Germany in the 60s and 70s: so that the mail delivery person did not had to step on the street into traffic wile delivering mail. But they where VW Beetles originally built for GB export, so properly built for right hand drive at the factory. I bought such a car at a Deutsche Post auction when the cars were retired in the 80s ... for about 300 DM if I recall correctly. Not much for a properly maintained car even back in the day. Was my first car.
@@Slazlo-Brovnik Jeep made a series of vehicles specifically for the post office with RHD (and 2wd) back about 50 years ago.
news paper delivery as well, in the us.
4:00 I've actually seen one of these IN USE! A lot of the USPS offices out in the sticks in the US use regular commuter vehicles modified like this so when your delivering mail the driver side is right next to the mail box which makes it easier for the driver to deliver mail. The more you know!
5:56 "is that what I'm seeing or should I go to Specsavers" XD
Honestly guys, I'd just like to say thank you. Nevermind that I have been drinking this fine evening. I love Donut a lot, But my first car KZhead Channel was Mighty Car Mods. And this collaboration is peak everything KZhead. And as a 34 year old with 4 children and hardly any time for anything these days other than maintaining my kids and my 3 cars and my job, I appreciate the hell out of this video. So, Again. Thank you.
Put on a rubber before you catch a fifth 😂
4 kids? You got any other hobbies?
Honestly guys, my wife is very persuasive.
Very similar situation but iv 5 kids 🤣🤣🤣 and I'm 32. Netflix and chill is a myth
The collab we've all been waiting for
Yes
That we never knew we needed i might add
@@markwhadcock6357nah, we knew we needed it
The upside down donut tees for the Australian specials are still the highlight lmao
"No, I see genuine fear." I love the content of this series guys, great job!
That’s basically the setup used in a lot of rural route mail cars in the US. They’re old American cars never made in rhd, so they convert them like that. 4:02
No fucking way!! The original boys that got me into cars. Absolutely love this collab! ❤❤❤
Mighty car mods is the first automotive channel I subscribed to back in 2009 and I've been watching their content ever since. Great collaboration
I’ve been watching MCM since 2011 it’s great to see how far they have come! Everything from painting a valve cover to rug doctor, and the fake turbo civic build. 😂 Love those Australian guys🎉🎉🎉❤.
The steering wheel belt mod is common in America for mail carriers who are using their private vehicle so that they do not have to get out to put mail into the mailboxes
I posted same and scrolled down and see this, its dope to see, ask a mail dude to show me one day.
I was hoping someone would mention this.
It'd be safe enough if you disconnect the frontal airbags or if its on one not equipped with airbags honestly but I'd be worried about the belt slipping
Just remove it from mine 2k mod 😂
Mighty Car Mods!!! These guys are absolute legends. I literally watch them since I was a teenager. Moog could do the whole show alone 😂
If only their videos were under an hour long...
@@davidhollenshead4892the more the better mate!
@@davidhollenshead4892here's an idea, watch half and go back and watch the other half later
I love this so much!! MCM has been a favorite for so very long! And now with Donut... SO GOOD!! I really enjoy when the community comes together and supports each other! Such a fun video!!
11:20 nice shot of her bumper in yoga pants as Jobe says "I could get into that". Cleverly done editor, well done. . . 🤭😉
I've actually wanted this specific collab for so long I hope you guys do some more content together! I remember finding MCM back in 2014 when I wanted to spray paint my wheels without taking the tires off. Crazy how far automotive content has come.
I never even thought of this collab until this video dropped, and I have no idea why because it makes an incredible amount of sense. These guys mesh with each other amazingly.
@@thawhiteazn No doubt 😁
I can feel the absolute unbridled joy coming off of Jeremiah in some of these clips
The collab we all needed, massive fan of MCM and Donut, this video was perfect ❤
2 of the best car channels doing a collaboration. Love it, can't wait to see more.
The wheel and pulley system is mainly for postal workers who do rural work. They don’t have many right hand vehicles around the United States especially if you’re not a city worker. My mom uses this daily in her jeep. I’ve actually installed one in her first jeep 😂
Oh that's really interesting actually I thought it was someone who just really liked euro cars...
@@SmolPotatowo it’s crazy looking but it’s a cheap way to get to mail boxes easier plus you can change it back to stock later.
@@SmolPotatowo European cars are left hand drive for the most part
The steering/pedal mod (#3) is very common in rural areas for postal delivery. There are kits available and it's a standard thing the post office uses. I'm looking at getting part time work at our local post office and they suggested I get a kit to convert my truck to right hand drive so I can run delivery routes. Standard operating procedure.
Great to see another collab with Moog & Marty. The last one was with Road Kill and was thoroughly enjoyable.
One of the best collabs of all time!! Glad to see MCM hanging with friends over the pond.
Been waiting for this collaboration forever. MCM was one of the first channels I subscribed to, and donut is getting better every year. So glad you guys came together.
The two best automotive crews...IN THE WORLD! Keep up the great work ya legends!
Best collab! Hope there's some full videos from the garage coming too!
"I'm worried about a thousand piranhas destroying my face" has to be one of the best lines I've ever heard.
Vredestein is actually pronounced more like the way you guys pronounce "Fray". So it's like "Fray The Stein", not "Vre" as in "fre-ckle". In Dutch when a vowel is followed by a single consonant, the vowel in pronounced like a "long" variant. It's hard to explain... But the pronunciation for a vowel is different because of that. Like I mentioned before. It's like the "e" in freckle compared to the "a" in fray.
This comment needs way more likes !!!
I think you explained that quite well. I learned something. Kudos!
I was wondering how I was going to explain this subtle difference in pronunciation, but you already did it really well. Still, props to Justin for doing as good a pronunciation as he did. Far better than I expected
True. And adding to that, "stein" is pronounced like the "stein" in Rammstein. Not like "steen".
4:30 the reason the car is right hand steering is, its a mail vehicle, they have to be able to put the mail into the boxes from the right side of the car to go with and not against traffic :)
I don't feel like that'd be cause to jerry rig a swapover like that. It'd be a hell of a lot easier to just get an import that's already configured on the right side than it would be to rig all of that up to just deliver the mail. It's actually also happened in the past. The US has ordered bulk Japanese made Subaru's specifically for the USPS. So again, it could be that, but I just highly doubt it because the USPS is a federally regulated body.
@@steeljawX it's not an opinion dude. I literally wave to my mailman everyday, driving a old jeep with one of these kits. Not all post office drivers get usps vehicles. I know some who rent uhaul trucks temporarily if their vehicle goes out. It's not an opinion. It's cheaper to install a 200$ steering kit than it is to pay 2k for import fees alone. Not to mention the fact we're 20 hours from the nearest port...
I just want to add that I am a current Rural Carrier for the USPS and the kit shown in the video is a legit RHD conversion kit. For anyone that wants, just google "rhd conversion kit" and look at the images. There's nothing weird or wrong going on here.
@@steeljawXwell, you're wrong. See this often enough, and I'm not in a rural area. For delivering post for the USPS, the federally regulated body you spoke of...and to deliver local papers. Not as regulated, but still handy to just reach into a paper box than to have to lean over, or get out and go around....don't you think? And a helluva lot cheaper than 'simply ordering' a rhd vehicle too!!! Geez....
@@travisjohnson1500 Not to mention the potential issues with importing a foreign vehicle that might require modifications to be compliant with the DOT, and the shipping costs alone are pretty steep! I've been delivering local newspapers for 7 years, most of the time I'm driving down the oncoming lane to deliver. For the few tubes that are on the passenger side, I park, get out, and walk around my Jeep. My supervisor expects me to just bag & toss into every driveway, ignoring tubes, but I prefer giving my customers exactly what they want, and my Christmas tips reflect that. 😆They're smaller streets with local traffic, and the residents know I try my best to stay out of their way.
I absolutely love all your content. I noticed in this video the bitrate was a bit down and looked fuzzy even at 1440p and higher. Just a technical detail I noticed and idk if the camera you used had to be slightly lower quality because ya'll were traveling. LOVE THIS EPISODE!!!!!!!!!!!
Audi quote @8:06, priceless 😂
At my shop the saying is "you Audi know better".
As someone has watched both Mighty Car Mods and Donut for a very very long time, I'm so thrilled to see this legendary collab
And this has to be one of my absolute favorite videos that has been uploaded by this Channel! I kinda figured that y'all would have already done a collaboration together on this channel! Considering the fact that MCM are Legends of the KZhead Car Scene... I'm honestly surprised there's not a lot more Collaborative Content from these two awesome Channels...
I loved to see this collab, bunch of great dudes who love cars and are passionate about it!
So good hearing some Aussies on this channel!! Loving the work donut
0:11 That's more positive camber than Jeremy Clarkson's knees! 🤣
@4:10 that's actually a very common "mod" for mail delivery because in the US this makes it easier to be right hand drive and CHEAPER to be right hand drive so you can reach mail boxes and put mail in.. while still being on the correct side of the road! I know this because my Grandma was USPS worker and I seen her drive many vehicles over her 25+ years with this cheaper mod VS buying true right hand side vehicles :) @Real Mechanic Stuff #Real Mechanic Stuff
wow so excited to see these 2 amazing channels collab, please do more together than just a real mechanic stuff video xD
I've been waiting for this colab for SO LONG!!!
10 out of 10. Would've loved to see Sandro's reaction to some of these.

Love that you guys got together best of both worlds !
Great to see Mighty Car Mods and Donut together, hope to see some friendly competitions in the future.
The collab we all needed. Marty and Moog are legends
I’ve been watching Marty and moog since the OG videos installing an iPad in place of the radio. “Always remember to Jack up your car”. This is the All Star collab right here guys. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
The 3rd video could be a mail carrier vehicle. A lot of subcontractors do those kind of mods to be on the right side for delivering mail.
Drivers Ed cars are set up like that too
This is the second comment I see with this so I'm gonna ask a potentially stupid question - why would a mail carrier vehicle be any different in terms of where the steering wheel is located? I live in a country where steering wheels are on the left, no matter the vehicle so I genuinely have no clue, so I'm curious.
@@rosaliepostsstuffit's so they can drive on the shoulder in rural areas and put mail in the mailboxes without getting out of the car
@@scottmalcolmson4584 Thank you!
What an awesome collab
Cool collaboration! Good video like always.
The video quality is noticeably better in the MCM's studio :D. Great vid, love it
This was one of the best collabs. If you have them and Sandro together it would be hilarious. Good one guys.
The right side steering wheel and pedals mod is to make vehicle into a mail carrier. Rural mail carriers often use left hand drive vehicles and operate/drive from the passenger seat. Yes without that type of mod as well.
I kind of hope the deal at 15:25 was that the hose split, and they put in the screw afterwards for the funnies. I *hope*...
So good! Not sure what happened to the audio, but it's fantastic stuff to watch!
Dear Donut, Please never outgrow the yellow bar for your ad reels, it honestly makes me want to watch them knowing that it’s a choice for me to do it and you guys Always make the ads worth watching, Sean

Best collaboration of KZhead history omfg
That STUTTUTUTU sound is compressed air from the charge pipes slamming into the back of the compressor wheel and exiting the turbo inlet. It will help to destroy the compressor wheel faster.
So awesome to see this collab!
Finally , I can die in peace :D I am watchin MCM since almost the beggining and the Donut guys aswell. Loved the collab!!!
That audi at 8:00 sounds exactly like the artificial velociraptor call for jurassic park 3 😂
Best collab ever. I went 😮 seeing this on my feed MOOG and MARTY
Love it, the collab I never knew I wanted.
The makeshift steering wheel/pedal assembly thing is for mail carriers. When they have to use their personal vehicles to deliver mail, sometimes they install that kit. Ive driven one like that before
16:35 is called the evrymod, used on diesels with mechanical pumps like the Volkswagen VE engines. you get a potentiometer and wire it into the plug for the fuel pump and turning the pot up tricks the pump into dumping more fuel. on a 1.9SDI you can get a bit more of a kick out of the 64HP engine haha don't turn it up too much though as it'll stall haha
Love these videos! Would love to see some biker content on the channel! Bike mechanics vs crazy mods, bike fails, choppers, stunters… lots of good content for real mechanics!
Great video guy's! That "guitar knob" is called a potentiometer.
3:49 - That is an actual right hand drive conversion kit, used for converting vehicles in the US for use on postal (mail) routes. This, along with importing RHD wagons and SUVs from Japan, is common with rural mail carriers. Fun Fact: From 1989 to 1999, Subaru of America built RHD Legacy wagons for use as rural mail vehicles.
Moog... we need more collabs with Moog. And Sandro. And Adam. And lots. Hell put them all in some kind of special episode like a TG Special! I'd watch the hell out of that and might even buy it!
easily fav ep so far not even finished
