The blue Limited looks sharp and I really like the 3 years of fueling added in. The one thing though is the horse power is a little low hopefully they can boost that up a bit.

I think Toyota being first to deliver a nice hydrogen fueled vehicle will be good in the long run. Hydrogen wouldn’t require a major rework of the collective fuel infrastructure as it can also be shipped by pipeline and ship, it just requires low temperatures to be in liquid form. And the cost of electricity is already rising, with states like California already reporting rolling blackouts because they can’t keep the light on, using Hydrogen, with the only byproduct being water vapor, that can be separated by electrolysis back into Hydrogen gas via say, Nuclear power, which has the lowest Carbon footprint, and with extremely abundant sources of hydrogen all around us, we would not have to drill for it like oil. Just store and transport it.
Transporting a high PSI container is a challenge like CNG or propane. Blue and green hydrogen processes as well.

Can I play high resolution FLAC files? Does it support surround and Dolby Atmos music from external storage? Does it support LDAC Bluetooth? It seems Toyota's audio solution is extremely outdated at least on my Prius Prime 2020.

This is the future, not charging stations, THIS.
Waiting for this to launch in India. We are already seeing EVs but this will terminate all the hesitations regarding charging time.
Also the battery replacement price too which is gonna be hefty for second hand EVs
Hydrogen is pricey. In California gasoline is about $5.50 per gallon while hydrogen is $16.00 per gallon. I don't know how long it lasts compared to gasoline.

I definitely prefer this over an electric car. I wish they would offer this in Florida and had the stations to support it. I think toyota need to make a hydrogen car to compete in some races!
It is an electric vehicle. There’s a lithium ion battery that’s powering the electric motor. The fuel cell charges the battery. ;)

Where in Ontario province are there hydrogen filling stations
I just purchased one of these. Man I hope they take over cause I love my car so much. It’s the working man or woman’s car. I’m currently getting just over 300 miles per fuel up and my daily commute is 120miles round trip and up and over two high grade mountain freeways we have her in the Bay Area, the Sunol and altamont grades. Fueling takes at most five minutes and I’m. back on the road.

So since Toyota is paying for it, and since I don’t live next to any stations, I use all the ones in the Bay Area since I work there it’s convenient, I add fuel when the car has 1/4 tank left just to be safe, it adds on 4.5 kilograms of fuel for 50 to 60$ a fuel up. And I’m doing that fuel up twice a week. My car has a 5.0 kilogram fuel tank

@@mhmyuhh while hydrogen is pricey, @Sonny makes it sound like it's worth it. It takes at least $60 to fill up our hybrid Ford SUV. Gas is expensive in California. We get about 400-500 miles per tank which is great since we live in the Bay Area and only one of us has to go into the office but if I had Sonny's commute it would be 3 fillups.

If there were any fuel stations on California Central Coast and Central Valley I’d consider it. Hydrogen is expensive so, that need to be no more than Gas .

The problem is lack of hydrogen refueling stations. Toyota should setup all their dealerships with free hydrogen refueling stations. Like some EV dealerships are doing in UK. An infrastructure like Tesla's charging stations needs to happen. Who will do it? Toyota? Tesla? Tesyota?

Disadvantages Battery is still used in these things The source of hydrogen production is unknown (if solar then better) Density is lower as energy source No sound (obviously) Pros No many extra emissions Does not have to wait ridiculous amount of time charging like those electrics (fill and go) You could get every benifits of electric

I think making it lower it was a bad thing. You couldn’t drive it in a normal city in America. You’d have to replace your bumpers and rocker panels and undercarriage plastic
rear seats are so cramp... the middle seat is not for adult due to the high bump in the middle area.... please make AWD 300+HP hydrogen with 500Miles range. SUV. i am sure its possible.

Last year Tesla sold 120K units in California. The Mirai sold 2.6K. Tesla doesn't even know this car exists.

@@riceburner4747 All cars have problems. He bought an old Tesla, sold the battery and then pulled a stunt that made him money and notoriety. Hydrogen cars aren't going to sell until pumps are built out. There are 55 in the whole US. 50 in California. About 4 are added each year and that is only because the state is paying for them. Used Mirais are dirt cheap here in California.

Now if vehicles will also start consuming oxygen from the air ( multiply the number of similar kind of vehicles consuming oxygen ) then humans, animals & plant life will have to struggle for oxygen in the very near future. In this way mankind will be at risk. Why can't manufacturers stick to simply electric vehicle or Dynamo technology
Nearly every single car on the road aspirates oxygen through its front intake in this way already 🤦♂️
