  • For your workout consider being less all or nothing. Maybe halfway point stickers : 5,000 steps, some squats It can be disheartening to look at it the way you have it set up now

    • haha I’m an all or nothing kind of girl 😉🫰🏼plus the years of planning has taught me to have grace for myself so if I’m not able to complete a goal or hit a milestone, it doesn’t bother me the way it used to but thank you for the idea!

  • You could use your perpetual calendar to keep track of skint or car events.... also, the things to do for the week you should do a mental inventory list by bullet journal Ryder carrol

  • I've always lived a more Spartan life after growing up moving a lot. My husband is more of a collector. My biggest hurdle is ordering takeout and snacks. It's something I'm working on.

  • What inserts are you using for your weekly. I love the list at the side. I’m same, need to keep a list front and centre to keep focus. Love the time blocking stickers!

    • It really doesn’t once is all set up. I do Digital planning and takes me less than 5 minutes every day, same for paper planning.
