The Chillstep or chill dubstep is a subgenre of electronic music derived from the Chill out and Dubstep .
Dubstep , is characterized by its low base and alternative frequency cuts causing a very characteristic sound cadence that we only find in this style of music. Chill Out, on the other hand, is characterized by its relaxing melody with a slow cut and accompanied by sounds of nature, ethnic musical instruments and on many occasions the voice of a singer, usually female.
As a result of this union, Chillstep was born, taking the prefix "Chill" from Chill Out, and "step" from the musical genre Dubstep. The resulting rhythm oscillates between 120 and 140 BPM, being relaxed with a modern electronic touch, with a low base and a stressful theme.
