    • @@moodyblues9675 It’s mainly to adjust your tone to different lights. Stage lights are very strong so you often see idols with very pale skin have to darken their tone with makeup. Otherwise, your face will be blurred out under the light. If you see ANY artist with stage makeup with your bare eyes, it’s far from being natural regardless of their skin tone. In contrast, in variety shows or just normal indoors the light is not that strong and they don’t have to wear powdery sweatproof makeup. Non-white celebrities in American tv shows often have the same problem. The light settings are optimized for caucasian skin, making them look almost ill. All these people shitting about ‘whitewashing’ will come up with ‘cultural appropriation’ if any kpop idol would wear slightly darker makeup. Duh

    • @@katieyu2001 Can you provide information without inconsistencies? My mom came from London. She told me that Britain had ended its colonial rule in Hong Kong and returned it to China in 1997. I admit that Britain still has great influence in HK, but both technically and legitimately, Hong Kong belongs to China. Lucas was born in 1999, so I'm right to say he's Chinese, right?

    • @@katieyu2001 Politics is too complicated. But you have to look at things from multiple perspectives. Some people from HK may not have a strong sense of belonging to China, but some people also identify with their Chinese identity. You should not say that you can represent the views of all HK people at any time. This is unfair. For example, Lucas is my bias. He has emphasized his own identity more than once , then you should respect him and not impose your own opinions on him.

  • Thank you for saving Cai Xukun and Angelababy from the delulus. This getaway happened after their shoot of Keep Running wherein the rumors that Angelababy is having an affair with Cai Xukun really exploded just because Kun is spotted in the posted picture of Angelababy's friend.
