Usually the men's door will be the front door that is big and pretty and renovated, while the women's door will be the busted one in the back.
It’s because that men are supposed to be praying in a mosque and the prophet said it is better for a women to pray at her house however he did not tell them they can’t pray at a mosque he just said it’s better and also for a man he should pray at a mosque.

when a muslim reaches puberty, they are then tasked with the same responsibility as their parents. Hijab is one of the obligations that allah SWT has sent down. Those other obligations also include fasting, praying, etc. Hope this helps :)
