I am 82kg and my age is 26. I have started doing it again after gaining 12 kgs in 7 months. I was in depression that's when I gained super fast. Earlier I lost 8 kgs by doing this aerobics and walking after dinner. Quite Demotivated. I'll do it again💪

If anyone is curious about if this does work...Yes, it does! I've been doing exercises from this channel 4 times a week, for almost a month and I can tell there are huge differences, mostly in my belly and weight I lost weigh slowly, but in these weeks I've already lost 2 kg, and 4 or more centimeters of belly and waist fat I can also tell my arms and back have gotten slimmer, so I'm very happy! I hope my results encourage whoever still doubting if start doing these or not ♡ Good luck for all!

The ONLY workout that has ever made my abs burn this much. Updates: Day one: IT BURNS IT HURTS BUT IT WORKS. I workout for myself not to change anything but I can feel my belly fat FALLING AWAY by the second! Day two: it’s so much fun yet works, that’s why I love it compared to chloe tings challenges. It’s not so much back pain and jumping. Once again my stomach burns and I can see less bloating. Day three: I ate a lot of nachos today but my bloating was reduced by doing this workout before i ate. Day four and five: once again, this is working great. I’m about to get my period so 😔bloating😔 but it’s becoming easier to tense my abs. I have been doing a simple ab routine after the Zumba to really work them.

so ive been doing this for 2 weeks now with intermittent fasting and let me tell you...IT WORKS!! from the first week my stomach started getting slimmer. i wasnt eating the healthiest food but was restricting my eating times (intermittent fasting) and i was consistent with the workouts! if you’re wondering if this works, i’d say go for it!!

Okay so i have been doing this for two weeks and I’ve started to lose weight (so far it’s been 3 pounds). Coming from a teenager that is overweight with a heart condition and difficulty breathing. The Zumba videos help me stay on track with doing my exercise without making me out of breathe to the extent of fainting.

Viona Kouhi Just these exercises and lots of water! During like day 3-4 then you’ll see some fat loss near the stomach, waist or hips area. I started at 163 and now I’m around 159 ish, but it isn’t about the weight it’s about your shape. Losing the fat and gaining muscles since muscles weights 2x more than fat!

my really acc is M a r i a m what I do is follow the girl in purple, and then when I want to have a small rest I’ll follow the one in red because her intensity during the moves is lower, so I just follow her exactly for like 20 seconds or so.

Okay so I did not want to do the whole "update daily" thingy. SOO yall I'm back. I started my this workout and two others. My start weight was 250 pounds! I'm 175 now and lost up to 62 piunds since october. I dropped 50 in the first 3 months. The key to this whole thing is listen to your body, stay consistent, and have faith it works. It's been 8 months and went by quick. It might seem like a long time BUT by the time you know it you've dropped 60 pounds and proud of yourself. And trust me I never thought I'd ever be able to achieve this shit in my entire life. Edit: oh and I also did intermediate fasting and cut dairy out. Went vegan for the first couple of months with cheat days.

Este video siempre fue mi favorito. En pandemia comencé con esta rutina, para no deprimirme dentro de casa y lo que sucedió fue que bajé medidas y el contagio de COVID no fue agresivo. En 2 meses, logré bajar el 90% de mi grasa abdominal y sin hacer dieta.

Love love love this! I did this for 12 days straight followed by another weight loss workout video and some intermittent fasting here and there. I'm on a journey to lose 10 lbs and I have lost 6 lbs already during the first 12 days. Gonna continue this routine till I reach my goal weight :D

Yeah same. I work out like 5 days a week already so that's probably why. I didn't really break a sweat until like the 13-minute mark but overall this was still super fun! Not as intensive as I am used to, but I still prefer this because I found myself thoroughly enjoying it!

You need to do stretching first for your muscle to relax or adjust to your workout
Stretch 15 min, do cardio 20 min to warm the body, then do the rutine.

I just wanna say a big thank you for eva fitness! I’ve been doing her exercise for almost two weeks now and I have lost 9 pounds! Her aerobic exercises are very fun and keeps you motivated, I started doing jumping rope for cardio~
