We start a new 4 Part series bowhunting roe deer during the rut. Insane bowhunting action bringing roe bucks close and personal.
In this first part things start strong when we call in a very strange buck that confuses us at the beginning, but we end up doing some great management. What would have you done?

Trés bien Pedro! Even across an ocean those deer stomp stiffed legged when they sense something is not right. They remind me of the Coues deer of Arizona. Congrats!

El tiro perfecto! Sin incertidumbre, ni pisteo, ni sufrimiento...y eso que se agacha para intentar saltar, pero la flecha va rapidísimo y no le da tiempo. La experiencia se nota y la potencia con la que tiras también. Potencia y entrenamiento + experiencia= éxito. Gran lance y video. Deseando ver más...

Excellent video! In my experience, tooth wear is the most reliable indicator of deer age. A great age identification guide is published by the Best Practice Guidance on the Management of Wild Deer in Scotland. Keep up the great content!

I love a 400 grain arrow with three blade fixed head. I’m getting 14.6 FOC. Been using this on whitetail & antelope with great results for years. I get 287 fps which is an optimum speed for my style of hunting. I love spot/stalk better than stand hunting. But, a stand hunt ambush is very satisfying too. Great filming and an awesome hunt you guys had. 👍👍🏹. I gave up deer hunting with a rifle many years ago except for coyotes that kill our calves.

- @@pedroampuerohunting Pedro, there’s no way I’m giving a world class hunter like you any advice on hunting or hunting equipment. I was merely telling my set up. It’s mainly for whitetail deer on my farm. Hopefully a coyote or several and wild pigs.
