1/35 JAGDPANZER HETZER Tank Destroyer That Packs A Punch! Takom 2172 1/35, part 2
Takom has released 3 models with a full interior and we can build an early (2170), mid (2171) or late version (2172). In this video I am showing my work on late version. With addition of extra parts (Aber sets, winterketten from Quick Tracks, towing cables from Eureka XXL and details for antenna and machine gun from Master Model) we can create stunning miniature of Jagdpanzer Hetzer tank destroyer. The addition of figures also make it eyecatching miniature.
In easy way you can paint it to show standard Hetzer's camo. So check this tutorial of Takom Hetzer in 1/35 scale and create a tank destroyer that packs a punch!

Im still testing it on my regular work on models but I think it's quite good and nicely equipped with additional needles and nozzles + extra paint cointainers. I will prepare Open The Box episode with it soon. :)
Hey Lukas, which Color numbers of 3rd generation from AK have you used for the Camo? I‘ve tried to spry a ambush scheme but the result was not as good as I wanted. So I want to switch to hand painting. Much appreciated for your advice 😃
Yellows base - Missin Model acrylic, brown - Vallejo 872, green AK 3G 11158 :)

Hallo. Die Innenseiten der Luken waren nie in Weiß, d.h. in der Innenraumfarbe, lackiert ! Das ist historisch falsch. Sie waren entweder in der Haupttarnfarbe ( Dunkelgrau oder Dunkelgelb ) lackiert. Zum Ende des Krieges auch nur in dem roten Rostschutzanstrich. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Modell, mit einem Fehler den ich bei Ihnen nicht erwartet habe. Grüße. Markus Frömbgen
You're right but Im sure there were vehicles with white painting. And the second thing - I copied this from Kagero books. Third, some light colors were needed to make more contrast on the model. Copying the reality is boring sometimes and the model should be eyecatcher. If it caught your attension and you wrote a comment - Im very happy because you spent some time on it! Massive thx mate! :)

I watched over and over, I understand you use the dark yellow from mission models for the whole model, then you say you will use ak acrylics for the camo on the hull, for the wheels you use mission models brown, but you are saying for the hull camo you use ak, the green I know it is reflective green from ak, but wich brown is not mentioned in the video, 😫😩 unless it is the mission models brown, can you please tell me! Thanks
@@jantztimPlease forgive me - my mistake. I forgot to sahow it. For brown I used Vallejo 872 chocolate. For green 11158 reflective green. Oxide red primer is Mission Models the same as dand base color. Hope it helps :)
