He's like every guy ever when moving something. "It's not heavy, just awkward"
HAHAHA
You know it bro! Sometimes you just can't get a good hold on things.
So real, brother. So real.
Perfect comment!!!! 😄
😂😂
Lions are such majestic animals.
But this one had no tassle.
Some, if not most, of the footage on this channel is incredible. That up close footage of the lion dragging his meal really helps it seem “more real” in way. It helps really put into perspective how amazing and dangerous these animals are when you can hear every little sound and see them in comparison to people and a vehicle only a few meters away. I can’t believe I never found this channel before!
😊
The most impressive part is not his strength but his endurance. Lions and other big cats are notorious for having poor stamina but this big male runs for so long at the beginning before he reaches his prey!
Big cats rely on short burst of speeds to ambush and attack
@@rdu239 Yeah but I would hardly call "short" the spring he did at the beginning.
I agree also notice when the lion runs imagine the power behind his stride, you wouldn't want to get knocked over by him.
@@83056 A tiger running and jumping on you produce an over 3-tons force of impact. I imagine a lion would be close.
Lions have the largest hearts of the feline family, giving them far more endurance. They've been known to chase their prey for up to 1/2 mile. Other cats for instance the tiger never chase more than 50 yards.
What’s more impressive is that he’s dragging it through sand
You don’t think you could do that so easily, huh ?
Probably makes it easier. It’s not a sand dune
Yep agree through sand plus uphill, the strength is absolutely amazing!
It looks small for a buffalo. Maybe not fully grown
@@alrivers2297 Yes, judging from the horns ...
Hard enough dragging something that heavy on solid ground, imagine dragging that same massive weight in sinking sand?! This cat is phenomenally strong! Beautiful boy too!
Yeah...that Lion doesn't have a bit of fat: it's pure muscle mass energy!
The lion is trying to get his kill under the trees so that the vultures do not circle above, as hyenas have learned to come to steal a kill where the vultures circle above. Very intelligent animal to figure out getting it below the tree cover helps keep his food safe from other predators stealing.
Hyenas would never try to steal from a full grown male lion. If anything, the contrary often happens.
@@pikppa depends if its alone or not if they are really desperate they will try especially if the male lion is alone depends how desperate they are
@@pikppa it's all about numbers and how motivated the hyena clan is to get the food. If the hyena pack has enough numbers, they can take on a male lion as a pack. This is one of my favorite lion videos (narrated by Sir David Attenborough) of Red the lion, versus a pack of hyenas. Fortunately, Red's brother Tatu came to his rescue in time to save his life from the hyenas: kzhead.info/sun/lJmPZsucrGefm3A/bejne.html
@@justaguy5055 ..Not this healthy male lion in his prime he is to much for 30 hyenas hes actually hiding the carcass to avoid attracting other male lions...hyenas are the least of his problems at this stage in his life
@@debbie20062003 Not really. The hyena clan would need like 60-70 clan members and that's rare to have a clan that size, to get a full grown fully mature male lion off it's kill. Red the lion was only an adolescent, not a full grown fully mature male.
Imagine only one comrade coming to help you and they’re so stupid they just gore your hip socket….”stop helping! Please stop helping!”
Takes huge balls to charge a lion lol Especially when most of your species is killed by them. Still, you are right. If only they had the courage/inner strength to gather together and fight, especially to save another.
Caroline Yuen: The Buffalo isn't coming to help hurt its own. The Buffalo lift up their own like that to get them moving and away from danger if they are able. In this case the lion had already injured te Buffalo enough it had no fright left. Shortly after the Buffalo lifts up its own Buffalo and the Buffalo shows no life left them the family knows they can move on and not half to rise their lives by charging the lion for nothing knowing their family member is past help because of the Lions doing not the Buffalo that lifted it up.
@@brandonsantoso what species are u?
@@fillfinish7302 are you okay? 🤨
@@brandonsantosoIt doesn't take as many balls if you're 4 times the size.
That was a powerful choke, buffalo stopped resisting really quick 😮
It was an edited video.
@@kumarrahul1982 ha ha 😄...
Indians downplay strength of lions because they are tiger fans
@@daksans6764 No matter how much they cry, tiger will never be king.
Most of them tend to give up quite easily. Sometimes you think they are done for then the lion gets distracted and the buffalo hops up and runs off. It might be futile to fight so they save the energy if there is a chance to escape.
“Thank God these giant freaks of nature are too stupid to team up 99% of the time” - every predator in Africa
😂 "Otherwise you would end up like the dodo's" - Laughes the Hyena
This is exactly how I think of these preys lol
If Prey were super intelligent, the plants would go extinct lol
If herbivores were intelligent enough... Lion's extinct. Plant life extinct. Every other animal extinct including Buffalo. The end.
You obviously;y know vey little about lions’ social structure or have you never encountered the term “ a pride of lions”? This is obviously a lone male that was ejected from his previous pride. Missing end of his tail and scars showed that he obviously was involved in fights before.
Very impressive to see him make a solo kill, even on a smaller buf, after that approach run...and on top of that, to then drag the kill all the way across the dry river. Good camera work.
That buffalo is at least 800 pounds
@@ibrahimmoncada7214 I think it weighs no more than 300 kilograms and no less than 200 kilograms
He picked the smallest.
What it feels like to be a man who refuses to take two trips with like four bags in each hand….
yeah I'm carrying everything in one trip, toss the 50lb bag of cat food on my back and put the watermelon on my head, haha ONE TRIP, I'll open that damn pickle jar too, I'm not tapping the lid
@@wheelmanstan😂
lol 😂
I'm not surprised this lion caught that buffalo by himself. Look at him, with that black mane, he's in prime condition!
Yeah, he is an adult and experienced lion
That's what I'm talkin about. Big king dragging that Buffalo across the sand at that? Big Time strength from the king
That's no king. You watch too much cartoons
@@chrisfearn3375 pretty much any adult lion can be called a king. Just facts.
It's like he knew he already had a meal before he even started.
I can’t help but admire how the other bison were ready to go to war for their fallen herd-mate, before realizing it was too late.
Admire what? Dumbly standing by while the lion kills their friend?
Bison?!? Where?!?
what a powerful animal !
Not only his impressive strength and commitment, but also how he stood his ground at first when the buffalo attempted to charge, even roared back, as if he said "I'll kill you too!!!". Unreal footage for sure.
Cos hes HUNGRY looks at his ribs 0:47
With a mane as dark as that, he must have a very high level of pure testosterone. 🦁
Yeah, i think too so, he is very experienced lion
Magnífico León 🦁💪
they’re the kings of the jungle for a reason!
1:10 - You're NOT helping! 🤣😂
That lion is very strong to drag that kill that far!
That’s the muscle power of the beast 💪👏
My God over the sand of the dry river....that's Power!!!
Omg, brute force! Male lions can hunt & too bad it’s not a trophy killer that he decimated. Long live the 🦁 👑 ❤️
🤣😅😂
When the last video was uploaded, I was wishing for a full video. And now it's here! Thanks!
That's amazing! That subadult buffalo maybe 300-350kgs, double his weight!
Only a lion can do this. What courage!
And grizzly, and tiger.
And crocs
@@powerinvolved-di3vl2yd6q grizzly and tiger don't live in Africa, only Nile crocodile and lion can single handedly a cape buffalo
@Mr. Google I'm aware of that. I am saying for sure they have same capability due to size and strength
@@mr.google7364 no lion can take a full grown healthy adult buffalo single handedly.
The funny thing is that a NatGeo pro can stay months without seeing this only for a tourist to capture impressive shots like these by luck🤣
Really…..you charge him after your friend is dead and you miss and hit his body too……
Needs to go to Specsavers 😂
A Lion could not do all this with just 590 psi bite force. Lion's correct bite force is between 900 to 1100 PSI.
No, male lion, Siberian tigers and hyenas have 1000psi bite force, you can find it in official nat geo site, if you write in Google most powerful bites natural geography
Human Male: grabs 10 bags of groceries all in one shot thinking he's tough Lion Male: "that's cute"....drags a 1,000lb buffalo through the sand

Too little, too late from the 🐃 herd Powerful and smart 🦁
Love 💕 I wish to visit Kruger and Masai mara, love from India ❤️
He. Has 😊endurance strength and a great hunter love this lion
@latest sightings001 don't have telegram however you are welcome
I guess the lion literally, "took the bull by the horns."
Imagine witnessing that.. wow
Male lion is a magistic and impressive animal.
thanks for the video, I had some idiot arguing with me that one lion couldn't take down a Buffalo alone 🤦🏾♂️
That is not a Fully grown Buffalo. But sometimes they can
Some male lions are tipping close to 600 pounds. I believe some even bigger so yes they can.
kudos to the cameraman
Very Dangerous Wild King 🦁 Thanks Your Video

Super lion strength. This lion is too strong. 💪
What a great specimen - a true king pleasure watching until next time 🌍
The lions know that the buffalo hunt is very dangerous, but they also know that it gives them a very good delicacy if they do it well. Good job from this male lion 🦁, ¡amazing!
Woww....I can't imagine he dragged that huge buffalo across the river by itself 😂

No "river" this time?😅😅
I wouldn't move that bull an inch. Crazy strength.
If buffalos ever figure out how to work as a team, no buffalo would ever again be killed by a lion.
I've seen video footage at night where lions are terrorizing elephants, so I doubt that. Things are totally different at night...I know I wouldn't wanna be anywhere around those things then
Quite untrue...and ignorant.
Do you wish that there no grasses left?
What a powerfull boy..🦁

Dark mane means a strong lion.
Watching these video is exactly like watching your Xmas present under the Xmas tree knowing what you get and the video stop on Boxing Day morning the moment you are going to unbox your Xmas present!!!!! Geez Louise, thanks but no thanks guys!
IT'S NOT A TON WEIGHT BUFFALO 😂😂😂, IT'S A 🤏 buffalo.

Damn, there went Gregory..
Is he a lion, or a laborer? 😎
All on an empty stomach, you can see his ribs and bones
Props to him for the single-handed kill that will keep him full a long time. He's very lucky.
Nice kill.. That lion is a beautiful beast
Imagine the power
Thought the lion is smaller in size and weight than buffalo but the sheer strength and tenacity that killer instinct will always make lion victorious against the bull
داخل بينهم ولا يشوفهم شي والله انه ملك قادح 👑
Cats usually open the stomach first to make it lighter and drag it afterwards. This chap decided to just drag it as it is. Thats some strength and endurance
Can i upload ur video bro
Nice kill, lion! Happy feeding!
He pulled the buffalo away from the road and the barren sand to the fertile and green land! Like someone who arranges a dining table and places a flower Cute lion
The strength and power of male lions never cease to amaze us. The recent video of a male lion catching and dragging an entire buffalo is a testament to their incredible hunting abilities.
It's only a large calf
That's a juvenile buffalo. Still a great feat.
That is 300kgs of beef being dragged along😅. Immense power from this animal!
. How can a single lion take down such a massive animal?
It's not that big compared to the lion really, the difference in weight is probably very small considering it's not an adult cape buffalo. Tigers and lions can take down way bigger things even then.
A buffalo is not an adult. I think it weighs no more than 300 kg and no less than 200 kg
Just a little reminder of who's the King...

The Male Lion just goes for it non like the Lioness!
Look at the power & strength...The tiger must avoid the Lion...
Yeah he is very experienced lion i think
King Simba,,,,,,,what a Lion and Mane
One male lion is equivalent to 3 lionesses. They're very strong , if only the buffaloes teamed up together and attacked the attacker , they would win .
Magnificent.
Whats most impressive is the the set of balls the lion has sheesh im almost jealous !
That’s a huge lion
Pero si es un búfalo joven ó es enano 😂
That lion is bench-pressing around a 1000Kg, then moving with it, through sand! And approximately 7% of men believe they could beat a grizzly/lion/gorilla in a fight. lol! No wonder 100% of women believe they are smarter than men...
Lion is the real king and the real super power of the whole animals world 💪
His name and pride
Impressive 😮
SAVE EARL!! DON'T LEAVE HIM!!!😂
all alone, that’s crazy
Powerful
Like Elephants, Cape Buffalos are very protective of their herd members and young 😊❤! Even if they’re very Grumpy and Tough!
actually they're not. they're nowhere near as intelligent as some people make out & they're not smart enough to have a social bond (they only have a gregarian instinct) that's why @1:10 the buffalo actually attacks its comrade (for whatever reason) it's just instinct no intelligence
