You can buy replacements that are off-brand. The real issue is the head band. Can't replace that without breaking soldered joints.

Cloud Alpha wireless when???
This ad doesn't make any sense. If someone tried every headset, it's impossible not to find a comfortable one. How about the logitech headsets, like the g pro x wireless headset, or steelseries headsets, or razer, etc. There are tons of comfortable options out there, some better than the ones provided from hyperx. The ad isn't consistent with reality.

Hi, Unfortunately, the HyperX Cloud II wireless is not compatible with mobile devices (phones, tablets) and need to be used with the USB wireless adapter. It doesn't come with an audio cable and doesn't support Bluetooth. Thank you for understanding.

For 70 dollars, you can get wireless steelseries arctis 3s. They are wired and bluetooth, and they have a 30 hour battery life.
